Do not buy frustratingly slow

Geek Squad Certified BEWARE!!

Description says laptop was going to be in "Like New" condition and cleaned and let me say... it was not. The shipping box looked great. The actual product box looked great. But when I pulled out the laptop it looked terrible. Had scuff marks on one corner and deep scratches on another corner. Looked like someone dropped it. And the part of the laptop that covers the ports was cracked. Laptop really did look like someone dropped it!!! Returned the laptop the same day. Whoever okayed this laptop to be sold as "Like New" Geek Squad Certified should get some glasses, better training or BOTH!!!

Yuck! Super Slow.... Painfully Slow

I returned it for a refund; however, (ironically) I ended up having to pay for the "free software" that it came with for virus protection (or whatever it was). I will NEVER again buy a laptop based on how low the cost.

Barely tapped the screen and it broke. Took it back and they wouldn't repair/exchange for free. They said it would cost almost as much as I paid for it to replace the screen. I was going to do it myself. As I began to take it apart the screen cracked again.

Crap

There is a flaw in the windows program but there is no warranty on software. I did nothing to the computer the day it stopped functioning properly. A technician spent 5 hours going over it and cannot fix it. I can’t afford to put any more money into it. I will never purchase another Hp product again.
