I suppose you can never know if it was user error but I can't think of anything that we did that I would attribute the issue and this computer crashed after only one month. Reset and system restore failed. Since it's past the 15 days this is a total loss.

My wife bought for her nephew in the Philippines it was the cheepest she could find

I took out of box screen was black had brother-in-law look at it.barely worked just put it back in box and can’t afford the one hundred dollars they charge, to look at it.because I didn’t have a protection plan wish I would of now. So now I’m stuck with a computer that don’t work

so i dont even use anything high tech on this computer. basic facebook or youtube DOESNT WORK ON THIS COMPUTER. on top of it bestbuy isnt letting me return it too literally 3 weeks after purchase. wasted 250 dollars on this trash :(

Purchased this laptop expecting not much for the price. 500$ is still a lot of money and you would expect some type of quality from it. Very lag since I turned it on for the first time and many games do not run well at all. Invest in a better Pc.

Very slow took back and exchanged for a better one. Still the better one is only running on 2.4g not 5g. This is not right at all. I was misinformed!

This computer came hacked & reprogrammed with an incorrect illegal fraudulent fake windows operating system & it's been very hard for me to use any Technology that hasn't been hacked or screwed with & I am hacked myself... NEED HELP!

Have had the laptop 16+ days and it started getting buggy. Not sure if its Win10s or the LT itself. Starting the resolution process now. It locks up and displays blank screen then recovers. It is NOT jail broken,

Didn’t last a month before the screen quit working and the blinking LED indicated a Bios error. Also not a fan of the Windows 10 S, spend the money and get one running a better edition.

The computer keep shutting off it’s apps, super slow this looks like 16th century computer so disappointed with this product due to traveling I m not even able to return it in 30 days.

I bought this computer for the price, it was $200 but it's not worth it. The screen has a little broken and i was very slow to start up,so i ended returning it the next day.

After just over a year, the ssd hard drive is giving out. Keep getting hard drive not installed messages and install operating system messages.

I use this laptop for online college and after a few weeks it started freezing and running slow. I am very disappointed and upset I am past the return time.

I worked as a design engineer for HP for ten years. This laptop is a poor example of their workmanship. he display did not work propely.

A very good laptop is my humble opinion. I'm not very tech savvy but it has service me very well. I would recommended to anybody that's want a small comp for everyday use. A neat compact comp. Very reliable.

I actually had to return this laptop because it would not run multiple programs at the same time without getting locked up.

Not worth the money not even good for a beginner or casual user. Overall the wost computer i have owned.

HDD crashed after 1.5 years... Buy something with a SSD.
