    Not my type

This PC runs super slow because of the CPU and the Hard Drive. Use YouTube, requires a lot of patience, and I don’t have enough patience. Also, barely plays Minecraft. (Plays better on HP stream with Linux) Every time this updates, it gets slower and slower due to the stupid low specs. Even my 2009 iMac can run better than this. Half of the time, the CPU bottlenecks the GPU half of the time when idle because of windows 10 programs. My father is tech savvy enough to call it a piece of crap. Non-tech savvy people say, clear the cache or reboot it. That does not do crap! In conclusion, going to get a desktop or laptop with a Core i5 or i7 (Ryzen probably) last, the fan is so loud on it. Have to wear AirPods to drain it out. (Btw, Realtek sucks) But some pros include that it is light weight, and affordable. Wouldn’t recommend as a daily driver. One to travel with.

    Erratic slowness

Bought this for my small business to replace a similar Dell laptop that had had a severe hardware crash. Just run Win 10 Pro, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat on it. A decent enough machine with respect to run these applications and the price was good. However, be prepared for a lot of erratic slowness. By this I mean that the machine simply stops responding to commands for a good two or three minutes at random intervals. It's the dreaded "System Interrupts" high CPU issue. Fortunately I had Geek Squad at BB to help me, but they ensured all of my drivers were current so I don't know what's causing this. If you can live with this, then the machine is good for a basic business laptop. Plus it has a much better touchpad than the Dell and the power adapter plug is reinforced so it doesn't short out like many of my Dell plugs have.

    Broken in a month

I bought this a little over a month ago and it hasn't worked for two weeks. After trying all the HP troubleshooting, and not wanting to wait months for them to fix it, I went back to best buy and they said it would be $100 just to figure out what is wrong with it. THEN it would cost more to repair it. The repairs cost more than half the original cost of the device! Just shell out a little extra money for a laptop that will actually work, this one is cheap and does after software updates.

Cheap Does Not Even Describe This

Cheap does not even describe this thing. Probably the worst problem I have with it is the lag time with typing and videos trying to load or trying to stop videos from playing. It's ridiculously a piece of garbage. As we speak I'm at Best Buy right now trying to get some issues resolved and see if they would buy it back from me and sell as an open box. I would be willing to drop another to the $300 for getting the right computer.

Takes over 5 minutes to startup. Can't handle more than two applications at the same time before fan starts and it's soooo loud. Can't load Windows updates. Worst $280 i ever spent.
