This item is slow to load, Not the greatest laptop for home schooling. It is, however, pretty easy to use and set up. Just very slow.

Quick cheap laptop that works well, I've only had it for a few weeks but I am happy with the purchase.

I went in to update my old laptop, but saw this new HP that was very similar, faster and much thinner and definitely weighs less, for almost what it was going to cost me to upgrade. Glad I went with the new laptop!!

While I have not been able to use daily, I am enjoying learning the many features of this new laptop. It is lightweight and portable and seems easy to use. I will be working with my photos this next week and looking forward to learning those tips and tricks. So far, so good.

This has enough processing power to run all my work programs and give me the portability I need. I can run the phone system from work if I can’t get to the office and can still get things accomplished. My desktop struggles with some of the work but not this notebook.

I have big fingers so working on the keyboard is easy because it's larger than other ones

I chose this laptop for it's good quality components, Ryzen 3 cpu & large storage, as a gift for a teacher friend of mine. She reports ease of setup and use of her new replacement laptop. A month later all is good, and it was on sale. We both are pleased.

Bought this laptop a month and a half ago to ease my way of searching for jobs inside lost it in January I was using my smartphone in that I bought the laptop in Best Thing I could have done so five stars to Best Buy for setting me up with a good laptop

Had an old desktop that was crashing. This laptop was a great choice and the Best Buy sales rep was great at helping us decide. Great speed, great graphics. It's perfect for what we needed.

Super dope computer it handles all my business documents and emails and music needs I highly recommend this laptop for people not trying to game and watch videos all the time but specifically for work purposes I’ve yet to game or watch a movie.

Nothing fancy about this PC. It works as expected. I just wish I could plug speakers into it. I tried to find a PC that I could use my existing speakers with but it appears no one is making them. I will have to buy some blue tooth speakers.

Replaced our 6 yr old laptop that had died. Very pleased with the price and performance of the Ryzen 3 CPU and video. Wi-Fi speeds increased as well compared to the 2013 laptop that died. The screen is easy to view, and touchpad works well.

We love the computer it is very well put together, my son uses it a lot playing games and doing his homework for school the processor is very fast and I think for the money it is well worth paying for a computer like this great product

I would like to say its lightweight and used daily for every day living. I purchased this laptop to stay up on education while living. Best asset to have, Thank you for you offer. I have owned this product for over 5 months now.

Laptop was supposed to be great for writing and playing games. The graphics are nice and the screen is a nice size but... Day one, my social media pages take forever to load and that's if it loads. I'm constantly selecting the pop up refresh bar when my pages get stuck. The games aren't even world of was craft type games, just angry birds and pool. I attempted to use my geek squad services but my $100 plan is only for damages not software. With my crazy work hours, I missed the two week return option so now I'm stuck.

My old laptop died and I needed one for times when I travel. Since I travel only a couple of times a year, I did not want to "break the bank" by purchasing too expensive a laptop. This one was reasonably priced and fits my needs.

My wife and I need a nice laptop that did the job, that is this. No extra bells and whistles, just a nice computer with all that we need for school, and basic computing needs.

The computer that I bought was great and it worked great for what I wanted to use it for and the image is good and I would recommend it for first time user like me to learn on it and use it just for simply things on it.

The only issue I have is the font size...I can’t set my tool bars.... Something they took out of windows
