I knew when I went shopping that I was just looking for a basic laptop, and that is what I got. Only complaints are that the screen is hard to see unless it is at exactly the right angle, and the PC will not make a 5G connection to my wi-fi.

Wish I would have bought a computer with a internal ssd. After having this machine for a year I regret not spending more for a better machine. Windows takes forever to boot up and the computer is just slow in general. I used it for minor photo, video editing, and browsing YouTube mainly and didn’t use it very often due to how slow it was from the start. I gave it to the kids for online school after wiping it and reinstalling windows even the 5 min boot up time frustrates them. Spend the extra money on a true budget laptop.

My 5 year old Dell worked much better than my new HP. I've had it less than a month and it has already shut down on me once. It said "Stop code: VIDEO TDR FAILURE, What failed: atikmpag.sus" It's an expensive piece of crap!

Wanted a budget 8gb ram laptop and this fits the bill. Only issue has been a small problem with getting shocked when I pick it up. Checked and not eligible under their battery issue return policy.

I’ll start by saying the laptop works, it has about a minute to a minute 30 startup time which isn’t too bad for a budget laptop. What scares me is that after being plugged in for more than 15 minutes the power block burns to the touch and I’m afraid of it. Pros: It runs Battery lasts about 3-4 hours browsing the web or playing basic games Cons: Possible fire hazard Slowish start

everything about this computer is terrible. That being said, I am using this for the CA BAR EXAM because I do not want to wipe out my main computer. I got this solely because it was cheap and can do what I need it to do: google docs, word, and Examplify. Anything strenuous will make this computer freak out, even simply splitting the screen in two. DO NOT BUY unless this is a throwaway com for you.

Has a good charging system and battery but it sometimes disconnects you from the Wi-Fi without warning or reason.

One of the few bad purchases. 1. The system is very slow, even though the memory is hardly 30% full. 2. The display and resolution are probably the only good thing about this. 3. Touchpad and keyboard are not smooth. 4. Although the RAM specs are good, but it gets stuck and hangs continuously. Overall will not advise this purchase.

It was good for a while now the power input has a short so its very hard to charge it

The experience was great. Was able to pick out a laptop and hard drive to combine two broken laptops with ease.

Something internal required to be replaced but they did repair it hope I don't have to do it again..

I got a good deal for what it is. It's not something to run huge programs or download vast storage.

but I had to return it for reasons not related to its quality. So the choice is up to you!

Ok for how cheap it is but I went too cheap and returned it and got a better computer. It does not have the capability for 5ghz WiFi which I didn’t like. It’s kinda slow and the quality of the webcam is very poor. Could be a descent option who needs a cheap computer for simple tasks, but it wasn’t going to work for me.

Quality is good enough for the money. This was a present for a friend
