I purchased a HP laptop from Best Buy. Got it for a great price and so far is working well. Very helpful sales person that took time to explain all features. Battery life seems good so far. I dont like the keyboard as much as my old laptop since it has the numbers key board on the right and I am not used to this but will adjust. I also miss my touch screen but gave this option up to receive a good price. All in all it is a nice laptop for the money. Hopefully it will last longer than my last one did.

Great value laptop for the discounted price. Fast and powerful. One item that bothers me is keyboard markings are not bold enough and are difficult to read in some light situations.

Had an easier time adjusting to the process of downloading and use of the different apps . I am not an experienced computer tec. Things take a little more time for the inexperienced/elderly.

This laptop is a great buy if you're looking for a quality product at a decent price. It has all the features I was looking for. My only complaint is that sometimes it needs to restart to run faster.

Purchased this laptop for my spouse as her Surface was on the way out. Does a bit more than the Surface did and she is very pleased with the product. Does basic web surfacing, email, etc.

I am a college student who likes to do some light-gaming and this laptop was the perfect choice! I spent a lot of time going through a ton of different laptop reviews. One thing I didn't realize was that this laptop doesn't have a backlit keyboard. Besides that, I don't feel that this laptop is missing anything. Great laptop for a good price.

Good laptop for a low price. Use it for simple image editing and basic tasks. Not sure of the speed since I only use it limited but works for what I need.

This is a slim, light weight laptop. So far, it has worked well. Unfortunately, the sleek modern design is not user friendly. The all stainless steel surface makes the keyboard virtually invisible; it is very hard to read/see the characters on each key button. Also, the small, inconspicuous power button makes it impossible to be certain if you have successfully turned the laptop on or off. The next time I purchase a laptop, I will choose one with a keyboard and power button that are prominent and legible.

Bought when my computer unexpectedly died. Luckily it was on sale and was in stock. first time owning an AMD processor, seems to be fast enough.So far so good.

This computer has been beyond awful. It crashes all the time, hardly has any space and it’s just not great. Very disappointed as it didn’t work right at all for what I needs.

Great bargain laptop for day to day light use. I found the performance to be very good, and the quality of the video and audio acceptable for the price.

I am having some difficulty with some of the newer aspects but I’m catching on fast. I like that it is so light weight. I miss the separate buttons for diff aspects

The laptop is fast and works great. I am using it for school work for my daughter and some zoom meetings for my wife. Excellent product.

Previously purchased the touch screen version of this laptop and was so impressed, I got another one for a family member, but this time without the touch screen

It's so much faster than my old 12-year-old laptop. Not surprising, of course. But I type at about 120wpm and this keeps up with me.

This was simply a great purchase. The specs are outstsnding for this model. I was aprehensive of the AMD chips, but have found no difference in my old intel 3 chip. I found a gem in this best buy daily special. HP does need to watch out for the keys are on the lighter side. I am pleased with this purchase.

This computer just arrived today. How did I miss that the keyboard is totally different than my MacBook Pro? The numbers are on the right so my hand has to shift to the right and the delete and backspace and other buttons on now 1/3 of the computer to the left instead of on the end. I know I will not adapt to this so returning it. I am surprised no one mentioned it. But now I am!! I can't speak for the rest of the computer--I turned it on enough to find out I don't like the keyboard--it probably is a very fine laptop. I can't give it any stars because I have not used it long enough to know.

Best budget laptop with 12GB ram. This is a full size laptop so if you are looking for a small laptop, this may not be it.
