    The HP sales person was very experienced so he able to guide me in making my selection of this type and model HP lap top. The person setting-up the laptop was also very knowledgeable and efficient and was willing and able to answer questions concerning my purchase experience

    A great improvement over my last pc. That also was HP but was pretty much a basic laptop. While this has no touch screen it's much quieter and faster and I am impressed with the matte finish screen and slim bezel. I wish it had a couple more usb ports but...

    Computer is good and works well with excellent memory. I'm still upset about the fact that in order to get it, best but cancelled my online order TWICE after charging my card and then I had to drive ve 30 minutes just to have them order it online anyways

    Everything about the laptop is awesome except: 1. The battery. Does not hold charges very long. I have put the laptop into hibernate, gone on a quick day trip, come back later and the battery is either dead or around 8%. 2. The battery again. It has decided to no longer even store a charge so now I can only use it while plugged in. 3. The wifi module is trash. I have multiple devices on my wifi working fine, yet the laptop being on the wifi doesn't work. It worked for a couple months after purchase but has stopped altogether. So at this point, I have a very expensive calculator. Do not buy this unless you dislike good battery life and potentially having no internet unless you're chained to the modem.
