Bought this laptop to replace a 6 year old laptop. The laptop boots up quickly which is great. Only wish it had a hard drive, but I use a portable external hard drive to save and access files. The laptop is a good buy regardless.

I was looking for a computer to replace my older laptop, this computer is fast, if you're in the market for a computer make sure it have a solid state drive in it, it makes a big difference.

So far so good. It’s not amazing. I wish the screen was brighter, and it had enter/secondary buttons on the touchpad but that’s just me being nit picky. Overall, it’s an average laptop.

Easily changed out of safe mode to allow for availability of other apps. Works well. Does everything I need it to for school

Bought on Deal of the Day for $419. 1080p ips screen, ryzen 5500u, 12 gigs ram, 256gb ssd. For what I paid a bargain. Screen is good and speakers are a pleasant surprise.

I have had my new laptop for over a month now and I am loving it. The keyboard is so nice to touch. everything i needed got transferred from my old HP to this New HP. thank you Geeks, I do love my Total Tech membership!

It's a very nice computer. The only downside to it is that I was told this model had a much higher processing speed than the others I was considering. I have found that is not any faster than my 4 year old computer was. That disappoints.

I've not done a whole lot of work on this computer, yet, so I can't give it a full 5-star rating. So far, though, it seems great. The number key pad was a "must have" for me. It's light to carry, and the sound is good.

Purchased to replace a five year old HP laptop for my college bound son. Good entry/lower mid level laptop. HP’s have been very reliable for us. Quick setup. Hope it lasts as long as all others.

The laptop works just fine, and is able to handle most programs. It does however feel a little cheap, with a flexible plastic shell. Otherwise, I would recommend this computer, especially for homeschool purposes.

I was looking for a bigger computer but at the end I did realize that I would be able to carry this small computer in a easier way that the bigger one and 15.6" is an enough size

I got this laptop for school and wasnt really expecting much but I was very pleasantly supprised. Its not the best quality but if you only need in to do homework on the go then it does what it needs to

Had to return it was too big and bulky. I returned it and got a smaller one which I really really like and it still has the same features as the Hewlett-Packard has but much smaller and much more convenient to carry

The product works great and is affordable at its' price point. The materials do feel a little bit cheap but overall it works for a laptop that is going to be used for a short duration.

I am enjoying this new laptop. The only thing that I don't necessarily like is that it is not touch screen like the associate told me and the letters on the keys are hard to see.

I do like the computer once I got it set up and running. I thought it was a touch screen, but it's not. Also the virus protection wasn't included in the extra package I bought.

Works great- fo not like Microsoft insistence on having a Microsoft email outside of regular emails we have to use the machine- not Best Buy's problem though

It was a gift for a relative. It's a pretty good laptop, especially for someone who will simply use it for browsing and video chatting.
