We r still learning the windows 8 software. We Are convinced that once we have done that we will maximize the hardware. We received excellent customer service at the store & was the main reason we purchased.

Horrible laptop!!

On top of that, I had a hard time installing a couple of programs on it. I found out that my daughter's 2 year old HP laptop has one of the same keyboard issues this laptop had. I returned it and am very happy with my Acer purchase.
