EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. I BELIEVE WHAT IS MISSING A VGA PLUG SO IT CAN COMPETE LENOVO LAPTOPS FOR THE SAME PRICE. ALSO THE KEYBOARD SOUNDS TOO PLASTIC.

It's a great computer for her to use when doing her homework she also wTches a lot of videos and the 4th gen processor make loading them a snap.

We needed a laptop for home and infrequent business use. The laptop is perfect for us. Has everything we need does is good.

Touchpad doesn't work. Also some of the keys are sticky from day-1.

The laptop won't recognize wireless mice. I tried microsoft help, geek squad, HP manual - all were worthless. Tried HP online help. The person (probably in india) disconnected me within 30 seconds. Been trying off and on for a couple of months to download drivers or find some help. Probably will go through Amazon next time.

this brand new laptop was so filled with viruses and malware I couldn't even use it until I spent an extra $200.00 to have all these removed which took 2 entire days of work from the techs. I don't understand how a new computer can be so messed up.

The HP laptops have gone down in quality very badly. I bought one HP all-in-one and two laptops and none of the survived a year, not to mention the the number of trips I had to make during this one year. I thought HP is a quality produc.I do nt believe that anymore. Very very sad and dissappontted.

This laptop is very cheap looking compared to my previous HP Pavilion. The battery is half the size of the Pavilion. I don't know how it would stand up or perform because I just bought it a week ago. My reason for buying it is the Intel Processor, the 750 GB HDD, 6 GB Ram and the price.

I bought this for my teenage daughter for Christmas. I'm disabled & usually in chronic pain. It was about 3 mos before I was able to ck out the laptop. The speakers are VERY low! Skype doesn't work well bc you can't see each other well at all & keeps messing up. Now it's August & the battery has already gone bad where she has to keep the laptop plugged in while using it now! The buttons are not well placed. I read most the reviews but of course they don't place all reviews on here, just the ones they choose to share. IF I HAD BEEN WELL ENOUGH WITHIN THE 2 WKS OF RECEIVING IT (from my neighbor bc it was delivered to wrg house) I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT!!! STUCK WITH IT NOW!"""

This is a great laptop. There are also great apps.

Keyboard would not work. HP support could not resolve. Had to return the product, only to be told by a Geek Squad member, not to buy another HP.

This laptop boots up quickly and is very reliable. It has good speed and is very stable.

Happy with easy purchase and great product... Would recommend, this product to all of my friends.

Something was wrong with the driver--the computer kept rebooting every ~30 minutes, with a different error code every time. Also, the computer itself felt cheaply made.

The software in this PC is well below average. I would like to return the machine. I hit space bar and something else happens, printer doesn't print correctly, etc

It's a good computer for the price. Only downside is the keyboard is not backlit, so it can be difficult to read the keys at times.

i had lots of trouble with windows 8 and hated it. Took back my hp and ended up buying a macbook. Best purchase I ever made.
