I bought it a week ago and it has not given me any problems besides that the quality how the screen looks it is perfect and it is not slow. So i would have given it 5 but it is the sound is a little low.

This device is fast, compact, and sustains battery life for hours.

The computer works really good, the display is clear and good quality, all of the keys work and are good size, and the speed is excellent. My only complaint is I wished the volume keys were a different color, because they'd be a little easier to find. Overall, I'm very pleased with the computer and would recommend it.

Easy wi-fi set up. General web browsing and some light work with spread sheets. Not a gaming computer, but light weight, screen is good, and great for the price

Laptop was everything I needed. It’s fast enough to browse the web and do online banking and keep spreadsheets. The battery isn't the longest lasting but is more than adequate for everyday use. I am thoroughly enjoying this Laptop.

Overall, it's a great laptop. The display is high quality, it runs fast, doesn't overheat too quickly, and has a good battery life. I've found it lasts at least eight hours, if not more! I would highly recommend this laptop. I also got this on sale, to make the purchase even better.

I needed a laptop for my basic needs. Internet, email, banking and shopping. It is fast and easy to use. I'm sure it is capable of many other things. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this laptop.

love the size of the computer, It's smaller in size and lighter in weight than Windows 10. It's very efficient; loads quickly.

I bought this as a gift for my husband to replace an old laptop. He uses it to check emails and personal finances. It is perfect for personal daily use. Battery life and screen display are great!

This is a great laptop for basic, everyday use. I got it for my remote job and I’ve really enjoyed using it so far. It’s very easy to set up as well. The only downside is the battery life; it doesn’t last as long as I expected for a brand new computer, but otherwise I have no complaints!

I bought this laptop for my 15 years old daughter and she loves it! School projects and video games are now so easy for her! Size and speed is what she needed it

Excellent value for the price. Inexpensive and while it lacks a few advertised features (backlit keyboard & fingerprint reader) it still is faster than my old laptop with more memory. More than adequate to my simple needs of basic email and notetaking and it has a huge screen for video

Bought as a simplistic work computer and works great for what I needed it for. Good camera and microphone for video conferences, speed is good but wouldn't be great for gaming.

This is a great laptop and it was a great price. The size is perfect. It's easy to use and the display, lighting and color features are good too.

For us, a perfect computer. I no longer need a super high powered device. I find this to be very fast, and I like the smaller size to. No touchscreen, but that's OK for us.

My Father in law loves this computer, it was easy to set up and its speed is great. He can use it with ease even though he is not tech savy.

Easy to setup and runs fast for my needs. Installed Microsoft 365 as well as linking my iPhone setting up yahoo and Gmail emails via outlook and synced folders/drives easily. It installs updates quickly and easily navigate Microsoft store for compatible apps such as adobe pdf can find pdf apps that work same for free so don’t think s model hinders your efforts but can be turned off if need be. Great value for money.

Amazing laptop. I did not realize how slow and old mine was until using this one. Very fast, large clear screen and a great keypad.
