As for looks, it is a very attractive technical item. I like the silver color especially. I fully expect it to furnish ease of use and plenty of Microsoft Customer Support which I will definitely use to my advantage. As for as its performance, I am unable to say because I have not put it into service yet, because due to the lack of help I received from the Geeks when I had questions regarding connecting my new printer - I am still determined to figure out the printer by myself - then I will set up my HP Laptop and get it going. Then I will have time for the HP Laptop.

Bought this for my father in law when his died. It is very to set up and easy to use. It is a very good deal for the price if you don’t need all the other fancy bells and whistles.

Seems to work well. Have had a issues getting downloaded apps installed but they did install. Guess it would help if I was not computer illiterate

This laptop is perfect for my use. I need it to organize files and photos and when I need to use an actial keyboard. My old HP Pavillion was 12 years old, still worked but oh so slow at this point. I had to learn the hard way that on this new HP everything is automatically saved to the Microsoft Cloud. You have to go into Settings to save "to PC" as the default setting. A little Microsoft trick: the Cloud fills up fast and then you have to pay for more storage. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the performance and the price!!

My old computer gave out suddenly and I bought this one it’s a decent price and so far it works great, I like it better than my old laptop for sure!

The large screen and AI support option to assist in creating more effective responses are my favorite! Just the computer I needed for the work I do.

I needed a new lap top and this one from HP is just perfect. Simple to set up and use......even for a non-techy person like me.

Not using this for any online gaming or super demanding apps. Plays videos and office apps just fine. Good PC for the money since my old one could not run 11.

I have used the same laptop for almost 10 years and it was time for a new one. I had done a little research on my own but wanted some advise. Best Buy Support was very helpful in helping me pick the best laptop for my needs. They listened to what my needs and wishes were. Turns out that we both selected the same laptop, so I knew this one was perfect for me.

I bought two of this for my kids. It works well, does the job, great for online school tasks and light gaming. Kids are very happy using it.

Purchased at a phenomenal sale price was worried about performance for a general home use and very pleased that I have not had any problems with lack of speed using multiple applications, but please note I am not a gamer or streamer on my home laptop… Ordered the same day & picked up, Best Buy made it incredibly easy to replace my older HP model.

This a great value for the size and capability. I do audio editing and remote programming and the HP has done a great job.

Sufficient for my needs as a teacher, creating newsletters, calendars, and other items. I use it for video streaming too.

The Hp laptop is working well. No problems. It's used for email and surfing. The audio may need adjusting as it is not as loud as my last laptop.

Got a very good price from BB on an admittedly entry-level laptop. My pre-teen just needed for some low res games, movies and videos. It suits her needs until HS next year when they move to MacBooks anyway

Understand what you are purchasing here... You cannot clone to the UFS, the storage is LOW and cannot be expanded. If you are looking for just a straight internet machine, this will work. My issue is with the UFS drive.. .basically a MicroSD card soldered to the motherboard and NO upgrade compatibility. Removed the back and the motherboard does not even have a hard drive connector. This is basically a Chromebook with Windows.

This machine is actually perfect. Who would have thought for this price a machine that is highly effective for University online students.

My son has a MacBook and is in college but wasn’t able to use it for all his classes. He says this works great for what he needs it for.
