Has everything but a flash card/micro flash card insert. Had to buy adapter. I loved my last HP laptop, it had inserts for everything, this new one, not even close. I bought it thinking it was newer and better than my 20 year old antique. I needed a replacement due to the fact that I finally got the black screen of death. I needed one fast and this one was at a good price and I like HP. Sold.

After approximately 20 yrs. with my desk top computer which was running very slow, I upgraded to a lap-top and it has been a pleasure to use it for the simple tasks that I use it for. It is so much faster and more accurate with no stopping and blank screens. I love my HP lap-top!

Purchased this as a gift for my sister to use for nursing school. She loves it. It works great for the many video calls she does for classes.

I love HP products and this laptop has been a champ so far. I haven't been able to use all the features it has yet, but I believe it will be helpful to me in my future endeavors. It's super-fast. I love it!

The laptop works fine. The agent in the Geek Squad was very helpful. Once I got it home getting it matched up with my printer etc. went well.

I recently purchased my second computer at Best Buy. It was recommended to buy an hp laptop and I am thrilled with it. It was economical and suits my needs. I find it is faster and more helpful than in the past. I am very pleased with my purchase

Really happy with the performance of this computer! We have been able to use it for a variety of purposes, from work to play. Screen is not as sharp and is very prone to washout with glare, but other than that very happy!

I’m very impressed with the performance of this laptop at this price point. It’s perfect for surfing the web, email, social platforms, banking etc. it runs smoothly and is quite fast.

I have always used HP for my computer needs, but this is my first purchase for qa laptop. Needless to say, it is another winner---and so convfenient! I can take it with me anywhere.

The product is lightweight and slim and good for the price. However, the SSD memory is small and cannot be replaced and the OS Windows need to be purchased shortly.

This was given as a gift but what I know is the laptop is excellent. It runs the programs very fast, has plenty of memory and is easy to operate.

Purchased a 15-1/2 inch HP laptop for home/personal use. The laptop meets or exceeds my expectations and I would definitely recommend this model to anyone who needs one for similar purposes.

I bought this computer for a 70-year old because it is an excellent product for anyone who doesn't need the added horsepower for gaming. It is a good, reliable product, which is sufficient for streaming movies or sports events, and the price was unbeatable.

Love it! I didn't need anything big and too fancy, so this works just fine and didn't break the bank!

Got this 15-inch HP laptop for my wife for school, and she loves it! Fast, reliable, and perfect for classes and everyday use.

The laptop in and of itself is a relatively standard budget setup with probably a better chip than the price point would suggest. The only downside is the screen is definitely a little bit washed out and faded but the laptop is responsive and under $250 a fantastic value.

Great for work, and school. Operates smoothly no issues. Such a great value turned around and bought one for our child who is going into college!

I bought this laptop to replace an older HP laptop for my daughter. It runs Windows 11 very well and is much lighter than the old one. The price was very reasonable. The only thing that struck me as odd was the placement of the on/off button.
