Good computer, I love it. It does everything i want it to do. However the preloaded Microsoft setup is a real piece of junk. It kept locking me out of my computer every couple of days, and would keep me locked out for 2-3 days. MS wouldn't let me set up a PIN. Even though it requires a PIN to unlock your computer!?

So far it works well for me, still working on adding items from previous lap top

I purchased this laptop to complete my school work and it has been nothing short of amazing! I was a bit skeptical but thus far I'm happy with my purchase.

I am an 84 year-old retired accountant that uses my computer to order on-line, correspond with friends and family, look at Facebook and You Tube posts and, using Word and Excel knockoff software, create spreadsheets for personal use, file my taxes using tax preparation software and draft correspondence. I'm not a "gamer" and only upgraded from a perfectly good older HP laptop because I couldn't upgrade to Windows 11. This computer satisfies all my needs and has sufficient memory for all my needs.

Gave this as a Christmas present, she loved it. Really fast and responsive, for her cutting machine.
