Love my computer! We are a bit older and it’s usually not so easy for us to navigate these things but this is so fast and easy for all the things we need from it! Nothing too complicated, just normal use but exactly what we wanted ! Best Buy was great at setting it up and had it done the next day!! Great improvement from my previous one which I had to replace because it was a windows 10, but I am so glad we did because at the great price and the ease of use we couldn’t be happier!

Good, simple laptop. I did not need anything fancy and this is exactly what I was looking for. I like that it has a number pad and I like the clicks of the keys. I like the chrome color and how slim it is. It runs very well and I haven't had any issues so far.

This is a great computer for household use. It's powerful enough for multitasking. The size and price are economical. It has an enough power, storage and memory for what I purchased to use it for. I love H P brand and it's the only computer and printer I purchase.

I bought it a week ago and it has not given me any problems besides that the quality how the screen looks it is perfect and it is not slow. So i would have given it 5 but it is the sound is a little low.

Overall, it's a great laptop. The display is high quality, it runs fast, doesn't overheat too quickly, and has a good battery life. I've found it lasts at least eight hours, if not more! I would highly recommend this laptop. I also got this on sale, to make the purchase even better.

I needed a laptop for my basic needs. Internet, email, banking and shopping. It is fast and easy to use. I'm sure it is capable of many other things. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this laptop.

This is the best value for the money in my opinion. This laptop functions beautifully and is well built. If you instead want a backlit keyboard and oodles of memory and storage you will pay several $100’s more. Stay basic, stay economical and stay happy with this one.

This is a great laptop for basic, everyday use. I got it for my remote job and I’ve really enjoyed using it so far. It’s very easy to set up as well. The only downside is the battery life; it doesn’t last as long as I expected for a brand new computer, but otherwise I have no complaints!

I love how it's simple to navigate and it's up to date. It's simple to use for editing pictures and prepping my pictures for customers. It's fast as well. Amazing
