Love it. I like the size, the color, resolution and speed. Obviously a bit heavy in proportion to its size.

My daughter started her freshman year of college and needed a computer. She is going into finance and this will be a great started computer for her. She may need more options further on but for now this was a great investment.

THIS LAPTOP PERFORMED BETTER THAN I'VE EXPECTED WITH IT'S ON SALE PRICE. THE SCREEN SIZE, AND SCREEN COLOR IS GOOD AS ANY OTHER LAPTOP I USED TO HAVE. SINCE IT HAS NO HARD DRIVE THAT I HOPE THIS LAPTOP WILL LAST LONGER THAN MY LAST ASUS HARD DRIVE WITH LESS FOUR YEARS NORMAL USAGE.

The HP laptops works quickly and efficiently in safe mode, and also out of safe mode, after we had to download Zoom. I purchased it for my 76 yo relative who had been computer literate, and he was able to adjust to using it, rather than his decades-old laptop running Windows 7.

This is a great laptop for the price! I use it for a second work laptop, and it's super fast and allows me to get my work done quickly and efficiently. It has a great webcam too, and the privacy cover on it is a really nice feature. I am very happy with this purchase!

I've had this inexpensive HP laptop for a couple of weeks now, and so far it works better than the near-$3k Dell laptop that I recently returned due to a malfunction. The 8GB memory allows for me to stream shows online, check email, update and create Excel and Word documents, and save to my external hard drive. This is a great budget-friendly laptop if you also have an external hard drive to store your items (and a backup external hard drive to keep them safe). After dealing with expensive computer malfunctions, I don't think I'll ever return to buying expensive laptops again. I think for my needs, HP is the best so far.

Great laptop. I am 71 and just needed a little help to set it up since I have very basic computer skills. I bought it due to the low sales price and Windows 11. It has all the features and speed I need for day to day work.

I got this laptop on sale, very pleased with the price and performance. I needed to upgrade to Windows 11 as my old laptop was out of date. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a mid level machine.
