I was unable to transfer data into this device. After it was reviewed by Geek squad, it was determined to be an "S" model and also not having enough memory to take my data. The store obliged me by refunding my money for it, so I bought another device.

Very satisfied with this laptop. Starts up quick, pretty easy to work and understand. I misjudged the screen size, but this is not a big problem. I am glad I purchased this computer.

Nice home computer. Easy to use. Setup takes about 1/2 hour with a good connection. No problems after 1 month.

HP is a trusted brand name. A great computer for my son's daily needs. It allows him to edit graphics and play games. It is a great first computer for my teenage son and is very fast.

I wanted the touch screen like the store team members said they where all touch screen but it was still a great buy
