I have used the same laptop for almost 10 years and it was time for a new one. I had done a little research on my own but wanted some advise. Best Buy Support was very helpful in helping me pick the best laptop for my needs. They listened to what my needs and wishes were. Turns out that we both selected the same laptop, so I knew this one was perfect for me.

Purchased at a phenomenal sale price was worried about performance for a general home use and very pleased that I have not had any problems with lack of speed using multiple applications, but please note I am not a gamer or streamer on my home laptop… Ordered the same day & picked up, Best Buy made it incredibly easy to replace my older HP model.

Great laptop, I love it. Easy to use and very nice monitor. The computer speed is great and i loved the price especially compared to other laptops. The black Friday special is when it caught my eye and I got it on time with free shipping and handling. I have shopped at Best Buy before and have not been dissapointed with their merchandise.

This is a pretty decent Laptop for the right price. For my use case this is a secondary machine that I’ll use on the go or for web-browsing, light work, etc. The screen and battery are not that impressive but are okay. My unit had a physical ram slot not soldered, so that was a plus. Overall very portable and quick depending on your uses. I am happy with it at the sale I got it at.

Works great, the laptop is beautiful. I surprise my brother with it and he loved it.

I plugged this computer and turned it on, and to my surprise it started talking to me! It led me through some initial steps, and then told me to wait while it did some updates. When it finished those it was ready for me to load programs (apps) and files. No problem, all is well!

The laptop came super fast, and its a nice model. And super tin, really nice model.

I bought this as a gift for my son! It was larger than I expected but also light weight. I purchased during the holiday sales so I got it for a fantastic price. If you’re in the market for a nice computer for basic things then this is it!
