This laptop has been dependable and easy to use. I enjoy the ease of use and long battery life. It stays clean and without fingerprints. I would purchase it again.

I purchased this product for basic Office use, Internet, No Games. I installed ESET Security. Computer is fast, not heavy, yes little large but not a biggie for me. Again great for daily use, stays cool, and quiet. Great price point been using for over 4 months no problems I do take good care of my devices.

Laptop does what is says it will do. Only exception is it has a small buzzing noise that won't go away. Other than that it is easy to set up and easy to use.

other than the poor services at the best buy store itself we were luckier to have found what we needed ... however client services should be job #1

This was a needed replacement of my previous laptop which had a broken screen and when contemplating re-newing a broken screen by replacing it, this new laptop had all new and latest options plus more speed in processing, memory and was $200 cheaper than a new screen for my 2010 laptop!

This laptop seems very functional. I was able to swap the hard drive with and SSD and it is incredibly fast. The touchpad is a little finicky.

I purchased a 32 inch insignia TV about five years ago for the second bedroom. Works great so I bought another one for our guest room.

Met all expectations as listed. Did not have Office included but for the price was a good deal.

If you are not crazy about video and photo editing. This laptop is good enough for daily jobs, like web browser, email, music, facebook....... i5 CPU give you enough power and 1TB hard disk is ton of space. 4GB RAM is good for most of jobs. Image quality is great.

Had to work out a view software problems, but after spending some time with the folks at HP. Everything is running great now.

I needed something simple to use for school mostly for notes and typing up papers and perusing the internet for research and studying. Its a simple no frills laptop that still provides the lux of a large screen, full numeric keyboard and simple design

Happy so far, I'm able to do my home finances and work from home (telecommute). It will be an ongoing learning experience to get the most out of the laptop but looking forward to it. It has exceeded my expectations. Windows 10 not that bad to work with.

This is my 2nd HP purchase and I really like the new features with Windows 10. Keyboard and mouse pad feel really good.

I love this laptop. I have been playing old PC games on it for a while now. Diablo 1 and 2, Kings Quest, The incredible Machine, etc... It's really been holding up for me. I also use it for photo storage. No complaints here!

This was my first laptop and im overall happy with this laptop, its great; my experience and use with it is great.

I got this laptop for my parents 4 years ago. Until very recently it has worked great, but last night stopped taking a charge or powering on. The cost vs years of use has been worth it.

I love this laptop although I would preferred it a little more fast. But is good and I can do my things.

Salesman was excellent helping us find a laptop that met our needs and that was within our budget range.

Sometimes typing is difficult because keys "stick" and words run together without spaces in between.
