Not the performance I expected

What I thought made it a great deal was the Core i5 processor. The price was similar to other Core i3 laptops. When I got the laptop home and booted it up, it was horrible slow. Too slow to even tolerate. I ended up returning the laptop within a week.

I'm able to access my college via Blackboard and create documents without problems. The lightweight design, color and reputable brand are welcoming.

This is my third/fourth HP and I am so totally disappointed.
