Laptop had a bad keyboard

Took 3 days before I picked it up. Got it home and it had a dead keyboard - DOA. Had to return it. The store was sold out, but did upgrade me to the next model up at no charge which was awesome. Then it took 2 more days to wait for the geek squad service The way the store handled it was awesome. The quality of the bargain laptop - well you get what you pay for.

Basic at its core

I was hoping to do a few upgrades on this laptop to meet the recommendations of the program I needed to run. When I contacted HP they told me that it is already at the highest it can be. Meaning the motherboard won't support any upgrades. So now, even though this laptop meets minimums of what I need it for, you can see the lag and the screen needs to constantly refresh when doing my projects. Sad day.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM HP

THIS ONE I BOUGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER AND THE DOWN VOLUME KEY NEVER WORKED. BEST BUY ONLY GIVES YOU 15DAYS TO RETURN IT SO IF YOU HAVE MORE PRESSING BUSINESS AND GET THERE 4 DAYS TOO LATE YOU ARE JUST OUT OF LUCK. HP DID NOT STAND UP TO IT'S NORMAL "A" STANDARDS FOR ME THIS TIME. AND BEST BUY SHOULD AT LEAST GIVE YOU A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY.
