I needed a powerful CPU with a large amount of memory (recommended by the software manufacturer). This was the perfect computer for that job! I am looking at replacing my current laptop and I'm considering buying another one.

Got this one when my Gateway of 11 years died. Love the speed, screen is very clear, and sound is good. I really liked that it took less than 30 min. to set up. Liked it so much I bought 2 others for my sister and niece.

this feature comes in very handy for a guy who is not the best typist, you just see it and touch it to get to where you want to be.!

I have absolutely no complaints about this product.

We got this laptop on an open item discount. It is a really great value for a touch screen laptop. It works perfectly for our everyday tasks and has a decent processor for anything that requires a little more effort.

I like the touch screen ability. Could be a little easier to navigate for beginners. But overall very satisfied with this product.

We have always had great experience when we go with HP products. This laptop is no exception. Smooth keyboard and nice speed.

The Windows 10 software has not been as intuitive as I would like. After 20 hours of use I still have a difficult time finding certain things. Still having a problem with moving items into Outlook folders, which was never an issue when I was using Google Chrome. So trying to get used to Edge browser and Outlook email , vs Chrome/Gmail. Feel of HP is fine. Thought I'd notice the i5 but can't say I do.

It's like the perfect laptop if you want to run photoshop and things like that. Very fast and I haven't gotten any problems.

Needed to upgrade an older laptop and this was the perfect fit. For the price you can't go wrong, and in the Microsoft Store right from the laptop itself you can upgrade to Windows 10 Pro for $99 if needed.

This is a great lightweight laptop. I wanted to have one with a CD drive already in for CD's I get for lessons and for music. I am not fond of Windows 10 but that really has nothing to do with the laptop.

Product seems to be as promised. Windows 10 is the part that is difficult to learn, and HP online was not very helpful.

Very user friendly, smooth keyboard, easy maneuvering. My teenage son uses for school projects. Overall good computer.

The computer is easy to use and set up. The #1 key sometimes does not work. Computer functions well for simple uses.

I5, 8gb,1TB, this was my requirement , I am not a lover of Lenovo but I am a great fan of HP. I did not expect to get a 15 inch laptop at this spec for this price. The touch screen was just a bonus. Good to see the new USB C port. As you would expect at this spec, very quick, no problems multitasking and an excellent quality screen. One small drawback, the black finish on the case has a tendency to show fingerprints easily. My last HP lasted me for 5 years.

I desperately needed a reliable laptop for online courses. The laptops that were recommended for a college student were not comparable to this one in price or features. It was a great purchase.

I did not know much about gaming computers but with the help of a Best Buy employee, I learned alot and got a good computer for my grandson. Could not be more thrilled with overall experience.

Agent Matthew in Geek Squad was AWESOME very helpful. My original purchase was not correct and I was sold the incorrect product although I was very specific with the salesman as to what I wanted. After continuous problems, I scheduled an appt. with geek squad and Agent Matthew in Greenwood IN store saved this sale and updated my computer to the exact specs I originally wanted. If it had not been for him; I would have returned everything which was over $ 600.00

Was very Leary of a new computer since our last one was Windows 7. I have found this fairly easy to navigate.
