It's a bigger and better platform than I had before, (I'm older and I just wish I knew how to use it all )

Did not work properly and windows 10 is a joke nothing like windows 7 & not easy to do

I was unimpressed by the feel of the laptop and lack of being able to easily use the mouse pad. For me the purpost of a laptop is ease and portability, not needing to have a separate mouse with you. Keyboard seemed nice, but overall felt like it was cheap plastic. Sorry HP...

I purchased this computer 2 months ago to use for class. During normal usage, the screen cracked when trying to utilize the touch screen features. While the computer itself functioned well, the design and construction appear to be weak.

I purchased an open box item that they said was fully functional. Took it home and the WiFi would not come on. Brought it back and found out there was no WiFi card. Had to get another computer.

The manufacturer should have checked their product, a whole shipment went back because the mother boards were bad. But best buy replaced it with an upgrade.

had 1.5 years and the hard drive has crashed. 2nd HP laptop i have had that continues to have this problem. Will never buy HP again.

Started getting blue screen on 2nd day. Had bought this considering good configuration at reasonable price.

just quit working and it costs too much to figure out if it can be fixed or not!

Got this for my friend. It has a good config. Touch is good but not excellent . Screen Clarity is good. Tried playing HD videos, online streaming is smooth and loaded a few apps.It works reasonably fast. Comes with some bloatware as usual. Overall a good laptop for the price.

Got this for my son going to college. Couldn't believe the price on this to start with! Got a much faster and more powerful computer than we thought we would because of the sale. He loves it and has had no problems. Very happy overall.

I purchased this laptop today and had to pick it up from the store. I was shocked when I opened the screen there was a used sticker sticking to the screen/keyboard. More shocking was when I switch on the power and there was a weird noice and never stopped. I will have to take it to return this junk laptop tomorrow.

I recently purchased this laptop for my aunt. Her old laptop had crashed and she needed a new one. The touch screen probably won't be used however, it is nice to know it is there. This product runs very smoothly and no complaints yet!

The specs are great and it handles everyday things without a sweat. However, I feel the 5400RPM hard drive is a bottleneck and I find myself waiting on the HDD a lot. If this had an SSD or even just a 7200RPM drive it would be blazing fast. Still, this isn't a deal breaker and your Average Joe won't notice it.

So I bought another HP laptop. This one seems to be the best so far. Touchscreen is nice, and the i5 and 8GB Ram is great. All this for $450.

You won't find many touchscreen laptops with an i5, 8GB, and 1 TB HD for $450! I use this for college and it works perfect. The only minor complaint is the keyboard not being back-lit...

This laptop is more than good, it is super fastoked and csn handle all my tasks, I can't believe this is only $500!

If all you need is internet access to search and read e-mails and such this PC is a fine choice for the price.
