The laptop itself seems to be just what I need. I'm not so sure about Windows 10, however. Definitely a learning curve. I bought Windows 10 For Dummies, but haven't had time to study it. Also bought Office 2016. Haven't used Office in years, so I got the Office 2016 for Dummies book. Ditto on the time issue. I'm sure this unit will serve my purposes for several years. Oh! And I had to buy a new printer that was Windows 10 compatible. :(

I've purchased several HP laptops in the past. The first couple were AMD processors and although i wasn't totally thrilled, they were adequate for my needs (emails, FB, web surfing). When it was time for a new one, I decided to upgrade to an Intel i5 processor for better speed and multitasking. It worked great for about 3 days, then it would either drop wifi signal or freeze up for no apparent reason. I knew wifi issue was not due to my internet service as wifi on my iPad and iPhone worked fine. Sometimes I would have to totally shut down, and it took almost 10 minutes to resume what I was doing. After about a week of that, I was so frustrated I returned it to Best Buy, and purchased a Lenovo to replace it. So far, the Lenovo is working great, with no issues of any kind.

This computer has amazing graphics, plenty of storage. Runs fast and doesn't take forever to boot up. We've had it almost a year now and it's never given us any issues.

Laptop worked well, all games loaded seamlessly from the internet. Excellent price for an i5 processor and 1 TeraByte Hard Drive

Great laptop if you're not a power user. E-mail, Web Surfing, Light Programming works great.

A great performance Laptop for a really reasonable price. Not planning to push it over the limit on graphics or gamming. But get performance for working from home.

Its a practical laptop for a great price. Love the touch screen. It makes it easier.

For the price you are getting a top of the line computer. Tons of storage, touchscreen becomes handy, everything about it is perfect. Battery Life is awesome

This us a very solid laptop....good speed....hard drive has plenty of space and the keyboard has a great feel....i think for the money its hard to beat.

Performance right out of the box has been perfect. Everything I could want or need is right at my finger tips - literally with the touch screen.

Easy to use and set up. Bought it for my teen daughter mainly, for school use. She doesnt play games. We aren't fuzzy about picture quality, to us this is good. My daughter takes a video class where she has to upload and download videos and the laptop does it fast and efficiently. Is a touch screen feature which we don't use it much.When we bought it the sales person at best buy told us we buying what are we paying for, but we are definitely happy with the purchase for the type of use we sre giving it. Don't regret it at all.

This HP Laptop is just great. It runs smooth with multiple tabs. Touch screen is easy to use. Battery life is decent. I love it. 5 stars
