Purchased Laptop for son's College use...& some "gaming"...on "breaks!" He really enjoys it & is great College tool!

Price was right. Windows 10 is not intuitive. Mouse is VERY hard to use. Commands are slow to process, especially online. Seems decent for the price, but did not wow me.

I don't know what it is about this laptop...I have only had it for a few months and I continuously have issues with it. It is always having critical errors and shutting down on me. I purchased this laptop for school to be able to do assignments on, but even then I have had problems with getting my files submitted online. This laptop is installed with Microsoft 10, which I have decided I really done care for. The recommended app for internet usage is Edge, which is like using mobile web. If I wanted to use mobile web, I would use my phone. This could also be the cause of problems uploading assignments.

I so enjoy my HP. It is easy to use, the graphics are clear and bright. It is very user friendly! I use it for social media, for my database, for publishing greeting cards, booklets, games for my grandchildren, for gaming and most recently for Christmas shopping. So much better than other brands I have tried in the past!!!

I have been using the HP i5-6200U CPU @2.30GHZ Laptop for online school. editing and uploading videos. It is fast enough and I have not had any problems with it. Best price after looking online, SAM's and WalMart

I'm not a fan of windows. All it ever seems to be is update after update. I like iMacs and I don't think I will ever buy a windows operating system again. But the computer itself is well worth the money.

Being a computer dinosaur I am struggling to learn windows 10, but with the Windows 10 for dummies I am making progress. The computer worked as soon as the battery was charged. It seems to be very fast.

Didn't want to spend a lot for new PC, so looking at HP brand seemed best option. Have had Toshibas in past, but no good cost options there this time. HP has everything I wanted--including a DVR drive--which not many have any longer. I still copy CDs for friends (old-fashioned now!) Large memory/hard drive. Negative--has kind of hard front edge so a bit uncomfortable trying to rest arm/wrist when typing. It does have touch screen as well, but I'm not big on that. So far (since Sept. 2016) it's been good. Also adjusting to Windows 10--but getting the hang of that (had 7 before). Battery life average. Good all around laptop--not a lot of bells and whistles, but enough for this average computer user!

Works great. Fast for what I need. I'm not running a ton of open tabs so I wouldn't know how many you can have open before it slows down. No complaints here. If I need another one I'd buy the same.

It does the job. I was looking for something that won't get slow in the next 3 years at least. This one looked durable. I ended returning it because BestBuy had a better deal on the following week.

Glad I decided on this laptop. Windows 10 is much better than Windows 8. Wish it came with a backlit keyboard or a mouse or something. However, touch screen is nice feature and so far so good.

This is an okay computer. I needed to upgrade the graphics card for any gaming. Besides that works very well. I love the fact its touch screen. Makes things simple and was an excellent price.

Better than the dell I purchased for about the same price.....i7 processor would probably make this thing a little faster but for the price can't really conplain. Touch screen is awesome too

The staff was very helpful when I needed a new laptop. They explained options for each one I was looking at. The one they helped me select is perfect. It is fast and meets all my needs.

I was looking for a low cost laptop my uncle. Him not being very tech savvy, figured I'd just get him a basic laptop. Then I came across this unit. Excellent specs, came with Office 365, touchscreen, Windows 10 and much more. No regrets on this purchase and yes be loves his new laptop.
