Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this for a wfh job originally and it worked fine for that including gaming on low settings but even though i take great care of this laptop its been completely freezing when im working on stuff and either it shuts itself off or i have to manually shut it off by holding the button. kinda sad about that since its functionally useless now for what i need a PC for.

New Hp Laptop

In Comparison to my old HP, screen size is a little smaller, which is okay, love the light weight feel. A little disappointed in the number of usb ports available on this purchase. But overall, happy with the purchase.

Good laptop for basic office, school and web work

Great for surfing the web, doing basic office work, etc. Keyboard is a little hard to get used to - very flat and smooth, so it's somewhat hard to get a good feel for typing.

A little disappointed

There seems to be an underlying document on my home page. It is carried through in Word & Excel. I can’t type in this area because it always has a continuous circle going on. Maybe I caught a virus somehow, I don’t know p. I guess I will have to bring it in to the Geek Squad to get it fixed.

This has always worked immediately with other computers. Will need to take to Best Buy. Battery does not last very long.
