This laptop has been a nightmare out of the box. From the moment my wife started it up, we had nothing but problems. An i5 with 8gbs of ram shouldn't take 20 minutes to boot. We reinstalled windows just to be safe & the problem persisted. We reached out to the horrible outsourced HP tech support who recommended we reinstall windows (again). He gave us a contact number to call back when it was done but that number was not valid. Long story short, it was past the 14 day return date (or was it 7? I forgot what the receipt said) so we now use it as a dust collector. I would use it for external storage but but the time the thing boots up, a new high tech fancy drive will be released to the public. Avoid this laptop. It's junk.

System hang 3 times per day. boosting slow. if open two application then going hang 20 min

I would think that having 2 t would mean it would start up quick and run really fast. But, that didn't happen. It runs very slow.

1. Audio wouldn't work from get go. Geek Squad found a way. 2. Thumb drive that worked on old unit wouldn't work, Had to buy new one. (Old thumb drive did work on new Lenovo bought as replacement.) 3. Video went out. Constant rebooting. 4. Constant loss of internet signal, magically reestablished automatically.

I bought this laptop and asoon as i started using it ( brand new )it didnt work ..it didnt have wifi connection even tho it said it did ...the one reason i bout it ..then i bought a wifi adapter so i can connect to internet ..then finally connected to wifi ..then turns out it didnt had any sound..so one thing after another decided to returned it back ..got another one ...

Slow I have i3 that is faster then this i5 This laptop takes long to load windows and it takes longer to get started and I regret buying it

I bought this pc at the Germantown's store in MD for Veterans Day, was a present for a family to take this to her country for his son, the laptop never worked, hard drive broken and I don't have the receipt ....

I bought this laptop for simple tasks like reports on excel. It crashed and stopped working in the first month. I will be returning it tomorrow

Laptop crashed never came back up was stuck on disk drive reboot for 2 days

I found this laptop very very slow. Even did not work for simple browsing.
