I ordered a refurbished HP ZBook Studio and received the computer just a few days later. It came very well packaged and cushioned. It appeared to be in new condition with only a few scratch marks on the underside where the lower cover had probably been removed to do the refurbishing. One screw was in fact still loose but I was able to easily retighten it with a proper fitting screwdriver. The specs were all in order and I liked that the computer did not come loaded with bloatware. It is incredibly fast, great screen resolution, has four times the RAM of my previous laptop with lots of storage and external ports. All this at an impressive savings over purchasing a new unit. Very pleased so far.
