Good for its value. Proper laptop for the office or the family

Really good laptop for studying, not too good for gaming.

It was bought for my Neice, I didn't open it for a good 45 days. When my Neice opened, she found that the adapter cord was missing.

I'm new to laptops. It's quite a learning experience.

My wife uses this computer for work and she likes.

After 7 months with a very light use it gets hot and stop working. A big no.

Is it ok. But the order should bring more features

Had it 3 weeks battery wouldn’t charge, ran diagnostics on battery said no battery found, made appointment with Best Buy took it back, they wouldn’t do anything, said I could go buy a battery from Amazon, they didn’t even look at it slid it half out of the box that was it I can see why places are going out of business, I’ll never buy anything else from BestBuy

This laptop isn’t what I thought is was going to be, or what it was described as being. It doesn’t hold a charge longer than an hour may be even less than that. It isn’t as fast as it should be and overall I am very dissatisfied with this laptop being that I paid over $600 to not be able to use it for work or school. NOT A VERY GOOD LAPTOP.

Purchased this online and picked it up from a local store since I needed it in a hurry after my old laptop dropped and broke. I receive it and can't download any programs that aren't found in MS app store. I call HP and they attempt to take the computer out of S mode but are unsuccessful and tell me windows needs to be reinstalled. Bring it back to Best Buy Geek Squad after marking an appointment and after another hour of time wasted trying to take it out of S mode, they tell me I have to return it and purchase a computer that does not have S mode. How do you sell computers that don't allow you to download programs? Everything I read says the computer could be removed from S mode, but after an hour wasted with the "geek squad" I was told to return it and buy another computer. Not buying from Best Buy again, that is for sure,

Computer worked fine for 1 year. After that, it seems unable to withstand any windows updates and just spins for hours in srartups. Had to wipe computer clean to get it working again. That lasted a little iver 1 month and then same thing happened again. I decided to buy a new laptop. I did not buy another HP! Hopefully better luck next time.

The computer itself so far is functioning normally, but it feels hollow and cheap like it could break easily. When you type, there is also a hollow sound and feeling under the keys.

My new computer doesn’t work and the person that I was led to believe that he was the manager. I spent 3+ hours two nights. He would repeatedly said he couldn’t get ms to work with Spectrum. I find that VERY hard to believe. I came another night and he said it was time to go & he didn’t have time to mess with me. Also, they destroyed my old computer, so now I can’t get my files onto another computer!!

This is just the middle of the road laptop nothing special about it, but I haven't had a chance really use it a lot , so I've had it for 3 weeks had no problem with it yet.

I purchased this item while it was on sale however ive realize that it freezes up and takes a long time to start up and tuen on definitely on the verge of returning it

I purchased a computer online, but when it arrived, it was still locked with the original owner's name, preventing me from using it. I returned the computer and asked a Best Buy associate for some form of compensation, since there was no new one available for me to exchange it for. I was told that nothing could be done, so I ended up losing out on the sale during that period, and they had no other options for an exchange. I advise others to be very cautious when buying used items from Best Buy, as they do not inspect them before listing them for sale. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I have 3 other HP laptops and this one so far is not what expected. I got it last year and it did take me a minute to open the box and set up, which made me miss the return period. It takes me ages to just power it on, super slow and barely can do what I got it for. Not friendly when it comes to downloading apps or anything, I wish I didn't take that long to open so I could have returned it

The windows version installed is very limiting. Not letting us install even Google Chrome. The method used to get out of this mode failed. With a few days left of the return policy, the wifi adapter stoped working and even geeks squad couldn't get it to work. It was when Best buy suggested that if we pay them $200 that they would try harder with no guarantee that we decide to just return the laptop for a full refund.
