Meh. Keyboard letters are hard to see. It keeps shutting down and I loose files.

This computer has bare-bones ports, and the ones it has are terribly antiquated. No charging/video through the 1 USB-C port, and no USB LAN capabilities even though there is no RJ45 ethernet jack. WiFi is not good in all places, especially in college dorms. This laptop is a terrible option for a college student unless WiFi is perfect, and it is useless with any sort of docking station.

It makes Soo much noise.When typing it lags.If there is any help to reduce this please help me.

I like it.but The Battery can not be charged.I bought for work so I have to return it

Purchased an HP laptop from Best Buy for my son for college. It almost imediately had problems. Brought it to Geek Squad for a fix. Worked for a short time. Brought it back in and he was forced to buy a repair service plan. They sent it somewhere and all insides replaced. Broke again and they won't fix it unless he pays another $85 for repairs. It is 2 months out of warranty. However, the "fix" they did while in warranty didn't fix it. Furious! Won't buy from Best Buy again or any HP Product!

There was no charging cord in the box. To early to know how well the product works, but it will also be impossible to keep the laptop on without a charging cord.

The laptop is not very good, the battery is very weak and dies quickly, and it is expensive for its capabilities

I had basically the same computer before purchasing this one. It seems to be made more cheap and is missing features the other HP computer had like the button to turn the camera off, a fingerprint scanner and the whole computer feels like it is made with cheap materials. Oh, and the charger stopped charging the computer after 2 months! The worst part is that a blue screen has popped up and reset my computer 6 times in the 3 months that I've owned it.

Hard to see unlight keyboard no backloggt to help illuminate the keys. Delayed start up when turn on.

It’s a good laptop for price, but lacks backlit keyboard, facial recognition, and personally the 10 key on the keyboard is kinda weird.

Horrible Save your money Lots of fan noise. Even if you adjust the settings and have it on a stand. Fan goes on every 2 min or so and its so loud.

It seems that if it isn’t a Microsoft product or app then the HP won’t let me download or add anything. If I can’t use something other than Microsoft Edge and McAfee, it is not a product for me.

I purchased this computer less than 60 days ago, This week it started to give me issues. It doesn’t want to connect to the internet. I restored it like new, now office 365 won’t open, an error pops up and then it closes the app. It’s weird because all my other devices internet is working and so is office 365. I’ve always purchased HP and all my electronics at Best Buy and have never had a problem. I guess after many years I got a lemon but what sucks is that even though it has been less than two months with the computer I can’t return or exchange which really sucks because I always buy my electronics in Best Buy trusting in that this is the best and safest place to buy but I guess not anymore.

Laptop had a defective battery and was down to 10% after 3 hours, customer service repeatedly gave us inaccurate information on a replacement and didn't replace it.

I am not sure if this computer can dock to a docking station that has 2 monitos. If so what model docking station?

I had this for one evening before returning it. The keyboard has light grey lettering on grey keys. I couldn't read them. I thought the keyboard would be backlit (I have a work HP laptop with backlit keys) so I assumed it was broken. But it turns out that this model does not have a backlit keyboard. I cannot understand why they would have a design where the keys are virtually illegible. It was totally useless to me.

It has been difficult for me to learn this computer... so many more options too learn. I have to look for info on YouTube

Ended up returning this laptop because the build quality was bad, chepa and plasticky typing on it sounded lile the laptop was going to fall apart.

Laptop runs at 4fps while under moderate load with charger plugged in (I’ve had two and BOTH did this) and my second one only lasted 6 months before the display cable broke due to a terrible design.
