I am not sure if this computer can dock to a docking station that has 2 monitos. If so what model docking station?

I had this for one evening before returning it. The keyboard has light grey lettering on grey keys. I couldn't read them. I thought the keyboard would be backlit (I have a work HP laptop with backlit keys) so I assumed it was broken. But it turns out that this model does not have a backlit keyboard. I cannot understand why they would have a design where the keys are virtually illegible. It was totally useless to me.

It has been difficult for me to learn this computer... so many more options too learn. I have to look for info on YouTube

Laptop runs at 4fps while under moderate load with charger plugged in (I’ve had two and BOTH did this) and my second one only lasted 6 months before the display cable broke due to a terrible design.

It was a good computer but one of the big problems was that the keys were very hard for me to see the printing on them. I am a touch diapers but occasionally you need to unpack something and it’s kind of difficult on that at least for people who are older.

Battery could not hold an hours charge . Speed and performance was average. May be for simple browsing.

I have only had this laptop since December 7, 2023 and it is already malfunctioning. Best buy refused to repair or replace the laptop because i did not have a uear of geek squad protection. Customer service and geek squad employees were extremely ruse and unhelpful. I will never shop this store again, and i used to get all of my appliances and electronics there

small power button, as a older person very hard to turn on. power cord has to be pushed in very hard.

I bought this laptop thinking it would be a great work computer. Sadly mistaken. A little after the year, the warranty expired, I was not aware it was only a one year warranty. I took it to best buy to get it checked out, and geek squad said in order to check it I would have to buy a membership dats around 300 dollars. A new laptop should not stop working. And they will not assist to get it fixed. I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy. Worst purchase I’ve ever made.

Poor battery charging. Battery did not last over 4 hours. Key board surface rough on edges. Returned with no issue and purchased a Samsung laptop--LOVE that one!

The lap top had to repaired within a month due to software issues.

Good computer. For the price it should of had the finger print scanner.

Only had the commputer 20 days (6 after the return warranty. The usb-c does not work. I did not find out until I tried to plug in a device on yesterday. Noonne seems to be able to assist me with problem.
