It was a good computer but had faults

I am a touch diapers but occasionally you need to unpack something and it’s kind of difficult on that at least for people who are older.

Not worth the money and lousy customer service

Best buy refused to repair or replace the laptop because i did not have a uear of geek squad protection. Customer service and geek squad employees were extremely ruse and unhelpful. I will never shop this store again, and i used to get all of my appliances and electronics there

New laptop stopped working within a year of use.

Sadly mistaken. A little after the year, the warranty expired, I was not aware it was only a one year warranty. I took it to best buy to get it checked out, and geek squad said in order to check it I would have to buy a membership dats around 300 dollars. A new laptop should not stop working. And they will not assist to get it fixed. I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy. Worst purchase I’ve ever made.

USB-c does not work on this laptop!

The usb-c does not work. I did not find out until I tried to plug in a device on yesterday. Noonne seems to be able to assist me with problem.
