Absolute ridiculous customer service.

I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it and I received an email acknowledging the cancellation. Shortly after receiving that email I received another email detailing delivery. I found out that the vendor refused the cancellation and the order was delivered to an address I was no longer associated with.

The laptop arrived damaged with a broken screen. I tried to return it for a replacement and they said they would not accept the return because it was damaged... by them. Talk about unethical. Wifi & bluetooth dead after 1year

Poor Quality

Poor camera, very blurry, issues with finding apps, Outlook functionality troublesome, issues with jumping cursor and other glitches. Runnnnn!

Difficult to see letters at certain angles

We thought the keys were blank LOLReturned it. I guess this is a common problem with this model. I never turned it on.

Extremely slow and clunky user experience

Could not beleive how slow it was to do the most mundane tasks. Opening settings takes twenty seconds, there is a lag any time you type and webpages time out. Felt like a lemon straight of the box.
