Solid college laptop--main weakness is battery life, but otherwise is a great price for the specs that it comes with.

Be aware that when you purchase this computer that you are buying it with S mode which locks down your PC, only allowing you to use Windows Apps from the Appt Store. It coast me $39 from BestBuy Geek squad remove it from S mode. Other then the issue with S mode, Its a great computer.

The HP laptop was great, lightning fast, and the price was great. But I returned it after a day because Microsoft is too intrusive and pushy. I'll do without rather than bow to the tyranny of Microsoft and its 365.

Worked great out of the box, screen looks good, battery power seems to be good so but that is tough to tell being it is new. Would recommend this for a home laptop, not business as I prefer Windows Pro for that, a lot easer to manage user accounts.

Smooth functionality…. The keyboard is intuitive. The screen is large with excellent color and clarity. But Microsoft Office 365 is slightly different than on my older work computer. So, there is a small learning curve.

Pick-up was quick, easy and convenient. The computer was easy to set up and get started working. It has been great ever since.

Big upgrade from my last laptop. No problems, I have to adjust to Google changes. The download of WebRoot is working great and was just renewed, Streaming runs great.

Great laptop. Battery drains quick. I also just noticed that theres a crack on it. It didnt say that on the description before purchasing. Gonna have to try to male time to bring it to BB to see what they can do.

Comparatively, the Acer Aspire 5 is available for $640 and offers significantly better value. It features double the RAM, a newer 13th-gen Intel processor with 10 cores, delivering four times the performance, and is actually cheaper. Many reviews fail to provide crucial details, such as the processor model, which is a red flag. For those seeking a reliable workhorse laptop, the Acer Aspire 5 with the Intel Core i7-1355U is a far superior choice. Despite some listings incorrectly stating the base clock speed as 1.20 GHz, it actually has a base clock of 1.7 GHz and a maximum clock of 5.0 GHz, with the ability to automatically boost under load. Save your money and opt for the Acer Aspire 5 for better performance and value.

After having this computer for a little over a month, it's been a great computer! Perfect for what I need.

I purchased this laptop to upgrade from a chromebook as i enter a graduate program. So far, so good. I also only use this for internet and basic word/adobe processing.
