    In my experience this computer has been awful. In the 8 months I’ve owned the computer it has worked for maybe a cumulative 2 months. The first instance the computer worked for a few weeks then started throwing blue screen (stop code) errors. Took me about 4 DAYS to go through all of customer service steps and resets to finally have them take the computer and work on it. Now after about 2 months it has started throwing more errors and only works 10-15 minutes at a time. Customer service is next to trash. The read their scrip and “escalate” anything not on their script. Therefore taking a couple days to get back with you and then who knows what from there. I will never recommend or buy HP products again.

    I forget when reading reviews that they’re from people that have used the computer for a couple of months at most. I’ve had this for just about a year now and while it was great at first, it just falling apart internally now. Constantly freezing, overheating, shutting down. Clearly not made with quality parts despite the impressive specs.
