    It quit wokring the second day we had it. It turned itself off and I cannot get it back on. We live 60 miles from nearest store.

    PC would not come out of Smode. After trying 12 repairs and a full PC reset Smode removal would only say failed. I took it back to Best Buy and they wanted me to pay $40.00 to do what should have taken ANYONE two minutes to do for free. I returned this laptop and went to Amazon. Done with Best Buy

    I had to return this laptop two days after purchase due to it being stuck in a boot loop. The staff knew right away what was wrong when I brought it in.
