Display Sub-Optimal

So glossy and grainy! We're going to get an anti-glare matte cover for it. Hopefully that will work. However, there is some doubt.

Unfortunately it did and I had no other choice for me but to turn it off completely. After dealing with that problem for a few days I just returned it.

Poor Quality

Every time I turned the computer on, and began to work on it, it eventually froze. Even though the the item was sold as "out of the box" there is an expectation that Best Buy would only sell an item if it was a good working item. I will shop elsewhere for my new computer.
