I bought this for my Son for his bday and he loved it so much, we bought one, too. Just been using for a bit but it's great. Needed something for home teaching. It's perfect.

I would say this laptop was a really great choice. Very lightweight, reliable and fast for my academic busy lifestyle!

Needed a new laptop for work. Its only been a month but so far been working great, can get a little hot, but the speed has been great.

I recently purchased a HP Laptop 15 - ef0xxx. It has a feature called S mode. I did not know that when I purchased it. I should have researched better - that's on me. S Mode has to do with security and efficient speed, etc. I don't like being hijacked and that's what the S mode does. I can't use Chrome, or Zoom, or SpyBot or Norton - not unless I get some App from a specific "approved" web site. I've been trying to get rid of S Mode for three days now. I've contacted Best Buy tech support through their web support and by their 1-800 phone support. The best I'm, getting from them is that if I eliminate S Mode, I can never get it back. I never wanted it in the first place. So, the machine lets me load all of the above and then informs me that I can't use them in S mode. Useless.

I needed to upgrade my current HP laptop and this new HP with AMD Ryzen 5 is excellent. Plenty of memory and I Love the new Windows 10 as well as the Touchscreen function...

I love this computer, not just because it's HP, because it's very fast it boots up really quick webpages load quickly, the SSD adds to the speed, definitely recommend it.

I've had this laptop for over a month now and I'm enjoying it. I didn't think I'd use the touch screen but it's pretty handy. I installed Chrome and it's running smooth.

I’m super used to Windows 7, lol But I’m glad I got this one, I thought it was going to be hard to get use to it, but it was super easy and I love it.

I purchased this to replace my old laptop. I really like that this laptop is much lighter. Its much easier to carry in my backpack.

Overall good computer. Quick boot-up. Easy to use. Touch screen easy and responsive. Large screen, though resolution somewhat grainy.

This HP laptop is wonderful. The screen size is perfect, the keyboard is like a PC keyboard. Love the numbers on the side as well, really helps out a lot when your typing.

Needed to get my own laptop to work from home this is a great choice. Excellent for the price and the quality of the laptop. Extremely light weight but serves the purpose.

Photos colors are bright and text is easy to read. The speed is a definite plus over my old laptop. It’s light weight for its size making it a great laptop for travel.

the hp AMD Ryzen 5 is pretty good. my teen is really enjoying easy use and he's leaving me and my work laptop alone! great buy!!

For the price this is a good computer. It's too bad you have to pay monthly for using one drive. I need this computer for my small business and it meets all my needs.

Needed a second laptop for quarantine school with camera. And it ended up being able to play his fortnite game without lowering settings. And the touchscreen is nice.

Computer works good but the display is really bad other then that the price is good for what you get
