The fan makes a sounding noises that really distracts.

The contrast of letters on the keyboard is hard to read. Both are light in color.

My wife’s company IT department worked for a couple hours after the Touch screen stopped working and now stuck in a Auto-Repair cycle and will not boot to Windows-Very frustrating. HP in general has been losing my business for various reasons over the last few years!

The computer worked out of the box. After a short period it shut down due to overheat issues. After approximately seven months (still in warranty) I got numerous blue screen shutdowns. I called HP worked with them to reinstall Windows. Still had blue screen shutdowns. Sent the machine to HP, they reinstalled Windows. Still had blue screen shutdowns. Sent it back to HP, they replaced the SSD. Still had blue screen shutdowns. Finally, it shut down and would not reboot. Took it to a professional to fix. He could not and called it a lemon. HP merely ran out my warranty clock and I now have a HP Paper Weight that resembles a laptop. I will never buy a HP computer again.

I had a very disappointing frustrated experience with my purchase and more than likely will not purchase any items in the future. The service department does not respond when you need them and after making multiple calls and sending emails I gave up and had to ask my neighbor's son to help me.

I bought this and within a month the screen got accidentally broken when my cat walked on it. I checked and saw I had a warranty that HP put on the laptop. 1Y Parts and 1Y service but when I contacted them they said it didnt cover it and I'd have to pay almost $400 dollars. So unprofessional.

It worked great , however now it won't charge. Tried an aftermarket replacement battery but still will not charge. Waiting on an HP battery. Hate that theyvmade it an internal item and not easily swapped. It also will not power up plugged in when battery is dead.

I've not ever been more discouraged. I purchased this laptop for school, sadly, I did not buy the protection plan and in less than 35 days, the computer screen no longer works. I'm unable to even turn the computer on. I will not ever buy this brand again, and I hope you won't either. I'm 8 days outside of the return policy and out 750$ - Sad Single Mom, thanks a lot.

The laptop is fast, however the only draw back, and a major one at that, quality of the screen resolution, rather the complete lack of any resolution. I can't even get the Videos I stream in HD. 720 is the max and that even looked pixelated and whack like 460. I'm utterly dissatisfied

Resolution is not very crisp and responsiveness is a bit slow
