This is the second laptop, same make and model, that is shutting down due to overheating. For a $700 laptop, this should not be happening.

So disappointed. I loved the feel and layout of the keyboard and the screen. That is, until it died after the first full day of use. Then, to top it off, I have been trying to get through to customer service for 3 days and there's over a 3 hour wait time every time I try.

worst laptop ever, I barely use it and now it is not turning on, it has been only 3 months since I bought it and only used it for my daughter's school meetings nothing else. Very disappointed and frustrated, girls are going back to school, virtual school and she doesn't have a computer. Call hp and they told me that my warranty had expired 3 days ago and that there is nothing they can do very bad customer service

Doesn't turn on after two years of buying it. Started being hard to turn on after a year then finally stoped completely after 2.

Constantly over heats even when on a flat wooden surface. Just bought it and it's not returnable. W(elcome) T(o) F(acebook).

Wouldn’t go past the hp screen after a week. Returned to HP under warranty since there is no Best Buy close by. Took a week to get through to a live person to help.

I loved my computer until it starting freezing after a year. I didn’t drop it or do anything to it! It just started freezing on its own! Very very VERY disappointed. I took it to get looked at and they can’t figure out what caused it. So long story short I need a new laptop. And the tech guys told me not to purchase a computer this expensive because they won’t last passed 6 years. Noted…

The keyboard is matte silver with very non-contrasting characters on it. Unless you have it directly under you with the lighting above you in the writing on the keys disappears if you have it beside you good luck reading them. The mouse pad I can’t figure out the touchpad. If I’m typing in my wrist hits it or touches it bad things happen and I will keep trying to figure out how to fix this. I’ve been comparing it to other peoples laptops around me and

I could not contact "geeks" to service three computers. Was led to belive my order was not important. I will never buy again from " worst buy"

Okay computer but power drains super fast after a few months! You are then connected by power cord for most of its use.

I wanted a PC with a firm, tight mouse This isn't it. My sales agent fell short in recommendation. Not thrilled with this PC.

This laptop is nothing but junk and do not waste your money or time purchasing one. The quality is horrible, screen resolution is nothing but blurry, and the hard drive has crashed Twice since it was purchased. Online support is a joke and they refuse to replace with a new one. Wait 3 days for the shipping box, send for repairs and then another 5 days to get it back. Requested a new one and they refuse.

WiFi only seems to be working when i am in the same room with the WiFi box. I ordered this so i can work from home. We do not have this issue with any other devices in our home (laptops, iPads, cell phones, smart TVs). Very unhappy

junky piece doesnt work well also very flimsy would nit recommend

install was mediocre had to watch carefully to avoid damage to the appliance and the surrounding floor and door facings

Lasted a couple of months and completely stopped working. Best Buy Geek Service dropped the ball, but when I protested the time it was taking, they refunded my money in full and I purchased a Samsung instead (yeah! Great laptop) I had a bad experience with an HP printer years ago and swore I would never buy another of their products. I tried again, and, well, you see what happened.

Awful quality, don't buy this, it looks cheap, feels cheap, it is cheap and the quality is so so so bad, I just bought an MSI for almost the same price, totally different experience, love it. This ... don't even waste your time one it, for this price you can get something better, of course, it won't be the best laptop you will ever have, but it won't be as bad as this.,

Looks like a good product at first then I immediately returned it. It doesn’t function as well as you think it will.

This is a horrible computer. It's very hard to set up and download anything. I have had plenty of computers in my time and this is the worst ever. I have a laptop that is 5 years old and is much faster than this one we just bought. Slowest computer ever. Also, just trying to make a payment to best buy is a chore in it's self. 30 minutes and I'm still trying to make a payment online,
