Message pups up all the time

It died after 4 months

After researching online, I read complaints from others of this happening to them and after sending it to the shop for repairs, it still continues to do this. I purchased this laptop on May 7, 2020. It started dying on me several times a day on October 9, 2020. Not acceptable. Stir clear of this one.

The product I purchased worked twice since I bough

I paid almost $200 for it. The last printer I bought ran through ink as if it was defected. I was told to stop buying products from Best Buy because they don’t half work. I am so sorry that I bought another one from there. Please invest in printers that actually work. Thank you for caring. Have a blessed day.

Do not pressure purchase

Yes security is important, but actually being able to perform work duties are as well. I was very disappointed with the inability to proceed. I have only used the laptop once and am now stuck with it due to exceeding return date(3 months) . The family has attempted to perform school functions with no avail.

Ends up that this is one of the worst computers for my DJ equipment and software. Now I can't even return it because I don't have the receipt and it's probably been too long. Really just want to return this one to buy the right one!!!

Refurbished computer did not fix the problem

They're quality has dropped in recent years. I did not have a single problem with my previous laptop, but this one shuts down and gives me a therma1 shutdown warning. The problem is because of HP's crappiness, but Best Buy supposedly refurbished the thing and they should have caught this.

Never told it might be trashed and to back up hard drive. Never got computer back even though email updates stated it was needing parts and upon calling was told the parts were in and it was repaired. Went to pick it up but they had trashed it. All my work. Gone.

Super bad place

Told the person what I wanted, take every thing from & install. I go pick it up & nothing was done so now I have to make a appt. again & bring it back. if that jack-ss worked for me he would be looking for a job, that is not how you do business.

Screen Only Lasts a Year!

I simply closed the laptop one night and the next day the screen is pixelated and doesn't work. Turns out many people have had similar issues. Of course, warranty only lasts for a year and no way to replace the screen.

Defective Laptop

I received the laptop on 05/11/20 and it no longer worked by 06/10/20. I don't know if it was a defective laptop or what, but i would not recommend anyone purchasing it. If you do purchase it i recommend also getting protection plan for it.

First Microsoft edge kept opening tabs on its own. Then the keyboard and touch screen became unresponsive. I cant type anything. It's been hell trying to get help and to return this thing with all the stores closed. I just want my money back

problems with s mode

I'll be returning this item if I can't get it rectified asap
