I received the certified open-box turned it on straight out of the box and it had user account already made which was confusing. Contacted Best Buy support and the only fix they offered was to send it back but I’m not from the US. I had to pay additional money for someone to reset the computer

Not really good for gaming . More for everyday use.

Within a week of opening the laptop i recieved a notification for a windows update and now have a blank black screen. Hopefully the manufacture warranty covers this

Bought this laptop through the Best Buy open box promotion, The listing said geek squad certified and professionally cleaned. Received this laptop with what looks like a spill damage on the keyboard. Was not cleaned and Half the keyboard Keys don’t not work.

So I spent alot of money on this $500.00 and about a week later it just went blank an I had to send it to the company that made it.They told me it fried so they are fixing it up or something an won't get it back till July 17th,2020.Very upset about this

Didn't even turn this one on after taking it out of the box. Returned it immediately. Case was very flimsy and screen flexed quite a bit just opening it up. Do not buy unless it's going to be a desk queen. If you have to carry it around, it won't last.

It hasn't even been a year and my computer just completely crashed. Everything was fine and then out of the blue, everything just went dark. I can't even express how angry I am. Files, documents, everything is gone.

Was really excited to buy this HP laptop but after only using it a handful of times the screen does not turn on at all. Went to Geek Squad and they said call HP HP says go to Best Buy Just getting the run around extremely disappointing

I'm very disappointed that after only 5 months of little usage, the fan is working hard and it sounds like a laptop after years of usage. I'm really surprised and upset that a costly machine like this would have such performance.

My SSD hard drive failed after only 2 years of minimum use. I had to purchase a new m.2 hard drive and reinstall the OS, losing all of my data.

All i needed was an exchange on a laptop... walked out without product and very poor service... my bank was overdrawn for a week and im done with them ... Janesville Wisconsin best buy store... i do not recommend

this laptop is so slow running the design space with cricut. im trying to get rid of this laptop because its not meant for it. the download speed is not good. even with HP printer it doesnt connect.

it was a piece of crap!! I didnt even use it a day before it went into S Mode and blocked everything. THERE WAS NO WAY TO GET IT OUT OF THAT AND NONE OF MY PROGRAMS WOULD WORK. Returned it asap

I ordered for a 15 inch computer online. I picked up in store but was given 13 inches instead. I noticed it after some time and when i tried to return it, they said return period was over.

I buy two of these hp computers one week apart, and find out that it has poor operating systems, it would start sometimes and opening documents sometimes would nether opend or get pixilated.

I like the computer over all but it had a little spec like the size of a graine of sand almost not noticeable but noticeable enough to make me upset I paid over 600 dollars for it.

Do not even bother buying this. Windows comes in S mode tried for several days to switch it to windows 10 still several apps will not work! So disappointed and so mad!

at this moment my laptop is damaged. This is the second time that I have to send it to HP to have it fixed. the first time it was damaged because the hard drive.

I was excited to receive this laptop, when I opened the box half of the screen was broken, I had to return it and unfortunately there wasn’t a replacement available.

Customer Service & tech service horrible . the laptop is fine. I will never shop at best buy again. I had to purchase tech support at staples and a Printer .
