I bought this as an open box special and four+ years later, it's still going strong. It's a great little laptop with some Cadillac features, like touchscreen, a full-size keyboard and a 10-key pad. You can't beat it for the price. I couldn't be happier if I had spent $1000 more.

I brought one for my sister when she was headed to college in 2020 and one for myself for work and both are holding up great 3yrs later! Quick processor, holds good charge only thing I don’t fancy is the screen quality, and that’s still actually pretty good

The computer is considered above average. It is just good enough to have 60 FPS on low settings in many games but also that it simply isn't powerful enough to play GPU-intensive games. But that's not what you are buying this for, are you? the touch screen works fine and the device is certainly reliable having owned this for 4 years it still kicking. It also can run Windows ten. If you wanted to buy a computer for any reason other than gaming then you should buy this. Integrated graphics is not great to play on.

I've had the laptop for a couple years now and still use it till this day. It is worth it, never had any problem(s) with it, they're always updating the software so it doesn't feel old, I've drop it many times and never had a issue with it not working correctly after, not sure about battery life being that i always have it plugged in, never had any issue with the speed of the processor, and the display is more than good enough for me

Had this laptop for nearly 4 years now with no issues whatsoever. Proud of the initial investment, though I was somewhat skeptical at first. Would recommend anyone looking for an affordable laptop, whether for school, work, or any other activity outside of hardcore gaming.

4 years later still works like new! Never had an issue with this laptop and I will continue to buy HP products from BB! I've used this laptop for school, my business and my wfh job as well!

It's a very good laptop with no problems at all. I'm still using it to this day. I originally bought it to use for a work-from-home job. It did great better than I expected.

Great laptop. Had to work pretty much sun up to sun down during Covid with everything switching to online and it held up well. Was able to keep up with the functions running I needed.
