I love this laptop! I use it strictly for school and it’s super fast and lightweight.

I love this laptop ! I use my laptop for work i create shirts and stickers so I need a lot of space for my designs so it’s worth it. Very light and easy to take with me , nice speaker as well! The battery last a very long time. Touchscreen is definitely a plus. The only con is it doesn’t have to put a disk in. So I couldnt upload my old Microsoft software. Other than that this is definitely worth purchasing.

This is a capable laptop running Windows 10 and combining a great amount of memory with good design, a great screen size, and good processing capabilities. I like the ten-key arrangement next to the QWERTY keyboard. It is Bluetooth-equipped and also allows for a split screen, which is a prized attribute found in iPad Pro models. I’ve never seen it stutter or stall (even on the old ISP PROVIDER OF ONLY 40 MB’s (which I’m replacing). The laptop performs for work as well as for daily tasks and runs Office 365. It’s computing power is good for basic daily tasks like running videos as well. I endorse this as a worthwhile, well=equipped computer with great attributes of speed, memory and quality of design.

I needed a simple computer for email and internet. One with a long battery life and would be easy to travel with. This one fit the need and the price was better than expected. It has features usually only found on higher priced machines and undoubtedly will perform far better than I will ever need. I have no regrets about this purchase.

Overall very happy with this purchase. Runs all programs I use quickly with no issues. Battery is good and monitor is as good as what I am used to (I am sure as others have said there are better ones out there but be prepared to pay more). The hard drive is VERY fast! I like the keyboard too! At $500 it is a good deal. I would have loved to have spend closer to $400 but couldn't wait until Black Friday or another whatever for a ether deal.

Quality of computer on par with price. Screen needs to be brighter and more clear. Camera is so so not that impressed. Light weight and easy to carry. Battery life is good. Probably would have went with something more expensive if I could have shopped in store at the time.

This was a great laptop while it lasted. Originally bought it for my wife and me to use, but once the stay-at-home order was put into place, I gave it to my son for distance learning. Sadly, one of my sons broke the screen by throwing something at it. It's also unfortunate that Best Buy no longer carries this model.

Amazing speed! Very fast RAM!!! Everything I need in a laptop at an affordable price.

So far the pc is very fast and the graphics are very good. I don t play games nor watch 4k UHD movies on this laptop. I use it exclusively for online classes with audio and video plus word files and pdf files for which it runs fast and smooth. Social media, e-mail and shopping online is extremely fast. For its price, it's worthy.

I purchased this laptop for my 12 year old and he likes it. I however did not like the fact that other apps couldn't be downloaded without disabling the security feature. Each time I tried to download apps outside Window OS, the system prompted to switch off S mode. Once S Mode is disabled there's no option to switch it back on.

Way faster than my last laptop! Easy to use and setup.

This computer is for a beginner. Also a bit pricey for what it does. However, it's lightweight which is a plus because I don't like bulky things. The picture is not clear if moved to a certain angle. The camera is fuzzy to me. Overall I give it 3 stars for average.
