This laptop is extremely fast compared to my old one. Still learning all the little things on this one.(I am not a hi-tech person) I wish that a better manual came with it to get started. Having a little trouble getting tutorials on some things (that's just me not the laptop)I really like it. I would recommend it.

This is a great machine, very fast, doesn't overheat, thanks to the SSD "drive." Wasn't sure about another HP, but the AMD Ryzen 5 was the clincher. I use it primarily for writing but it has many fine features. I also appreciate Neil and Jacob's assistance during the lockdown... Very happy customer.

Very light weight . Quick boot up. Super fast compared to my old Toshiba.

Overall it’s a good laptop. Only things I would warn about is the charge first last very long. Definitely wish a full battery would last longer. And I wish there was a keyboard backlight to be able to work in darker lighting.

The computer is easy to setup and use. The touchscreen is an added bonus

still works amazing, can do plenty of gaming just nothing extremely heavy but can still run games like (samurai warriors 4), could use more ssd but the memory is more than enough, great if not gaming and just for school or business, extremely fast on start up still.

Great camera quality for video chats. Takes time to get used to the track pad mouse, just because my last one didn’t work for the longest time, and I kind of forgot that it was touch screen until my 2 year old touched the screen, and it changed....I didn’t stop him because I forgot it would do something. So that’s cool, I have remembered to use the touch screen since.

I work from home for several different companies, sometimes working up to 18 hours a day. I love the faster RAM (I am used to 8gb) and this computer does everything I need from watching videos on youtube for work, to having multiple tabs open constantly, many programs open simultaneously, etc. I depend on my laptops to provide for my family, and of all of the ones I have ever had, this is by far, my favorite. If it goes on sale again, (I got it on sale for 450) I will probably purchase another one so that I have a backup (right now I have and use 2 laptops for work and a Chromebook) and having a backup is essential so I'm keeping my eye on the price on this to get another, which will probably sit in the box until I need it, but just knowing I have it, puts me at ease to the point where I know I won't have to worry about having enough laptops to do all of the work expected of me from the various employers/Contractors. I also bought one for my son for his birthday right before I bought this for me because after I checked his out and played with it, felt the keys, tried work to make sure it wasn't slow, etc., I knew I needed it as a new replacement of an older laptop. In addition I got 5 copies of Office for less than $50.00 which in itself is a bargain :) 5 stars all of the way.

The outside case is not glamorus. That is o.k. with me because the performance of this computer for what it is, is well worth the money spent. I would recommend it to anyone for work or home. Some games work well. I would buy again with no problem. This computer has good "guts". Good computer, for a good price. Steve73. I have owned this computer for two months.

i bought this for myself and my son it's our first computer and i made the right choice going with a pc cause you can move it any where. The battery seems to drain quick but i did get the insurance and ill get the battery change later on.

I love that you can scroll on the screen like a tablet. The keyboard is much nicer and easier to use. The volume is excellent and has a stereo sound. I recommend this laptop to anyone who wants to upgrade to a more sleek and easy to use keyboard. This is a Cadillac of HP laptops and I have owned a few. Especially love the keyboard. Thumbs up to HP.
