The perfect upgrade

This laptop was perfect. And didn’t know until after I bought it, it’s also touch screen. It runs my editing programs and several open internet pages all at the same time with no lag. So excited to have found this one!

Easy to use

We have another HP laptop but this is a lot easier to use & move around with - touchscreen, lighter weight, etc. It comes with Microsoft Edge but the platform is very similar to Google. The storage capacity is great because he should be able to use it for a few years. He absolutely loves it.

Good Laptop for the money

There is a bit of fan noise and it can get a bit warm when running hard. The 2GB of memory consumed by the video card seemed like a lot compared to other laptops I have owned that did not have a dedicated GPU with it's own memory.

All programs and websites load quickly and without any issues. I like the touch screen capability as well. I only wish there were three usb ports instead of two and also would like it to have backlit keys. All in all it's a good computer and I'm satisfied with my purchase!

Great for photo editing

It is a wonderful little workhorse! No lag while editing, great clarity with the display, touchscreen comes in handy too. Like that it has a separate number pad. Lightening fast start up and great for internet surfing as well.

I absolutely love the touch screen. This computer meets my needs and expectations. It comes in "S" mode which I hated. However, there is an easy and quick solution for that. Love the SSD drive. This is the quietest laptop I've owned.

Another Good Alternative

The key to our purchase was the weight and tech specs. Of course, we are not going to run a multi-million dollar company or plan a trip to Mars with it (although I think it could do both those things)! It's for browsing and simple game playing. We like the puchase!
