This is the third I've purchased for work and they have held up well so far. The users really enjoy the speed of the SSD and the quick processor. It's nice to have a full size HDMI for presentations and USB-C and standard USB 3 for all the accessories along with a SD card slot. It has handled everything thrown at it so far.

I bought this laptop for my wife since her current machine was 'aging'. The memory is powerful and the SSD hard drive is plenty big. The touchscreen is great and the 15.6" monitor is fantastic. She also likes the way it looks. Only thing you may want to do is to take it out of S mode so you can download non-MS apps.

Bought this for one of my daughters for her birthday. It made my other daughter so jealous that I had to get one for her as well! The 12 GB of memory is great for performance as well as the Solid state drive. Wish they had more options in terms of the Solid State drive's size (would like a 1TB) but you can easily swap it out.

Love the number keys on the side. Helps a lot working with number and excel. Do not like the fact that if I change to S mode, I can not switch back. Scared to switch, do not know if it will slow down the pc.

It can get a bit loud which is a lottlw annoying, but i have earphones in most of the time so its not that big of a problem. It also runs really well and I've been using adobe suite programs on it daily and its holding up super well! If you need a computer and you're more on a budget, this is a good one to get.

Had this since April, when my last laptop died. Works well for the simple things I need it to do. My only complaints are the keys aren't backlit and I wish the screen folded back more for using the touchscreen. But neither of those are dealbreakers.

HP wins on this laptop. Plenty of storage and speed etc. it has everything I need to work from home. Easy to set up, and I upgraded to windows 10 pro. The keyboard took a bit of time to get used to, but who needs it when you have that awesome touchscreen!!

I did a lot of research on the available laptops from best buy, this was the one for me. It is very fast has plenty of Ram and Storage which is exactly what I needed.

This laptop is wonderful. It was easy to set up and connect to the internet. It works fast and I have had no problems with it. I enjoy all the features. Sound is great and also the camera is pretty good for a laptop. I recommend it for everyone.

The laptop was easy to set up by simply following the instructions. At least for few months the system is working properly: fast and consistent. The laptop was shipped fast and the package kept the computer safe. This computer was intended for my daughter (High School) and she is very happy with it.

I had been looking for an inexpensive laptop for serveral months. I had looked at various locations and retailers. I had planned to only use my old laptop at home for emails, but with the Corona-29 Virus, I was not using my computer for many things and it was simply too old. I was looking for a new laptop with a camera to do video conferences, at least 8 gb of RAM, and at least 256 GM of memory. The cost was also important. I found this computer and although I wanted a black one, since it had everything that I wanted at a reasonable price and purchased it. I immediately switched to the regular Windows Home Editiona of Windows 10 which was easy. Since that time everything has worked perfectly. I was concerned that it not be hard wired for internet and purchased an adapted, but have never had ocassion to use it. it is perfect as far as I am concerned. I had never had an AMD computer before and was concerned, but have had no problems. It works perfectly. I have been particularly impressed with the video conferencing and has excellent sound.

I love this computer. It's life and thin and it's perfect for games. I play the Sims game on it and that's a lot of graphics and it said that this computer was good for games and I made sure it had enough memory and it does. So nice to use.

I’ve only had to use PC’s in work settings so I was hesitant about purchasing one. I needed it as a separate work from home computer and I’m pleased with the device. It runs well and has plenty of RAM. Good price too compared to other big box stores.
