Liked that cost was affordable. Bought to replace my Lenovo which I loved but could not afford to get again. This laptop is lightweight and fast. Luv the touchscreen. I do hate the S mode. I didn't understand how much of a pain it was even after I disabled it. THERE IN NO BLACKLIGHT!! Who does that...who would have thought I needed to ensure that feature. The keypad is silver n the letters silver and so it blends...backlight would have helped. Lastly, and honestly this one is my biggest dislike...the spacebar is not sensitive and so I constantly have spelling errors became the words are not separated. I have to pay attention to hit the middle of the bar. This slows me a lot.

I work in education, and needed to purchase a new computer as we transitioned to Virtual Learning. This computer was the right price point, and had everything I needed. I was also able to download some apps to craft while not eating my memory. I am very happy with this computer!

this is s good laptop for basic needs like web browsing light gaming and streaming. It's light in weight which is a plus for traveling. That being said be careful with the handling as it proves to be very delicate. Overall great for the price.

The computer has a lot of memory and is easy to use. Too easy sometimes, it thinks faster than I do. The computer format is easy to use because it is like my previous computer, yet there is a lot for me to learn on this particular model, so it's still a challenge. (That is a good thing.)

I've had this laptop for a month now, best purchase I've made this year. Screen and volume are great! I especially like the keyboard, types with ease. My last HP laptop lasted me over 5 years without any issues so I trust their products.

I needed a laptop that was reliable and fast. I only use it for basic internet browsing, email, writing papers and some Hulu/Netflix streaming. So far it has been perfect for that! I literally don’t have one complaint besides that I don’t love the keyboard but not a big deal at all!

I needed an additional laptop that want going to break the bank. I’m not a heavy user; just needed something faster with adequate storage. Display is nice but I wish the keyboard was backlit. Otherwise, this was a good buy for $449.

I actually like this computer. The keyboard is nice and flat, easy to type. It has a 10-key. The mouse pad is reactive and easy to use. I give it two stars because the very first day I used it, it shut down from overheating. This happens very often, when I'm just using it on a table or desk without anything underneath or around the computer. I ran HP Support and the recommendation was to clean the vents... I'll give that a try, but a brand new computer shouldn't be crashing this often due to overheating during normal use.

This laptop is powerful, and ergonomic in use......I have found that I don’t need to “portable” aspect of a laptop as much as I need to have a functional keyboard and easy to read screen so that when I do move from location to location I can work comfortably for several hours.

I was forced to purchase a new computer because my current computer was having issues. Can't be without a without a computer these days. I'm a teacher and needed a new computer quickly. Since Best Buy was closed during the covid shut down, I had to order online. I did receive my HD computer in just a few days as promised, delivered right to my door. All went smoothly. I missed coming into the store and getting the great personalized customer service Best Buy is known for. Instead I relied on a friend to help me determine that this HD computer was my best option. Also, I had to rely on my friend to set up my new computer because Geek Squad was not working during this time. I've been up and running for over a month now and my new computer is much faster than my old one and easy to use. I am not particularly "tech saavy", so I am very happy with its ease of use. Thanks for meeting the challenges of this difficult time with good solutions.

It's a fast computer. Nice design and very light. Perfect for my needs. The only issue I had was I couldn't get it out of "s mode" so I could use the programs I need. Best buy Tec was great and fixed it! Thanks best buy!

Out of the box it was very easy to use. setup was smooth and even the 2nd display running doesn't seem to overwork the capability. So far perks are: Light weight, compared to previous Toshiba, has great sound and wide display w touch screen that very responsive. i like it!

Love the touch screen. Very functional. Screen size and camera are also very good. Overall I would absolutely recommend this laptop. We use it for just basic things. Also have a MAC, was hesitant to get a windows computer but I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Got this for daughter in college and she loves it. She had been using a chromebook and said this is 10 times better, and way faster.

Purchased this laptop for my business and so far so good. I don't use the touch screen much but it's a nice feature. It's small and light but still has the numeric keypad that I like. One con is the fan can be pretty loud but overall I'm really happy with my purchase.

Wanted a third computer for limited use. Best buy consultant did not try to sell me an expensive computer. Hw took into account my intended use and sugested a low price computer that will and did the job. I am grateful that he listened and responded appropriately.

I purchased this laptop for my woman due to her going back to school and I must say that this laptop is great with touchscreen and it moves fast due to the ssd storage. The graphics are great and I think this laptop is going to help a lot with her getting back in school

I ordered this laptop and I was worried about windows 10s but to be honest I love this laptop it's perfect, fast and very easy to use. I highly recommend this laptop.

I've been shopping for a laptop for a couple of months, and wanted to make sure that I got nothing but the best for what I had to do, which includes music production and several art programs. Needless to say, this computer has performed these programs with ease. The memory is substantial enough to execute many different applications at once without the concern of crashing plaguing the experience. Also, the setup was comprehensive, but I love it, because it showcased the numerous features and benefits that having such a laptop holds. Needless to say, a fine laptop that I cannot stop using.

when I was looking for a laptop this one caught my eye specifically because of the touch screen and SSD memory. I knew I would be happy with the laptop but I didn't know it would come with so many options. Its plentiful in is capabilities and easy to navigate.
