During pandemic my computer failed me. In order to work from home i needed to have a computet I went on line on Friday and Monday i was at work on my new laptop. Great computer simple to use. Great price also

This laptop is fast and has a very good screen and keyboard. The one thing we don't like about it is that the two regular size usb ports are very close together, making it difficult to plug in two things at once.

Great laptap for my purposes. Easy to setup and use . Like that it has number pad on the side as well as above . Do miss not having place for CD discs like my last HP laptop. Very light weight and sleek,

Was looking for a device on the whim and decided to go with this particular HP chrome book. It was a great decision, it is fast, I was able to seamlessly connect and print in my network and use the apps.

I wanted something light, fast, and reliable. This computer is a dream. Love the touchscreen and convertible mode features. Facial recognition is a great bonus. Battery lasts ridiculously long, even when streaming. Great sound as well. Definitely recommend.

I mainly wanted to see youtube videos but it takes awhile to play the videos once you click on it and the quality of the screen display is not acceptable. i returned for a full refund and got me a different one. =Model: Q506FA-BI5T8 SKU: 6338819 I Hope that that one works better for the cost.

Great computer overall for basic office applications(word, excel, powerpoint) and social media. Really nice keyboard, camera has poor quality for something professional but good enough for Zoom meetings.

My only complaint is that the keyboard is not backlit. The size is great, it is not as loud as my last computer which was a 2 in 1. I have had no problems with it so far. Very well priced at this time.

We were looking for a relatively inexpensive laptop that would do all the things we needed- run Office, play World of Warcraft, and be able to do social media type projects. This laptop does it all and does it well. We are very pleasantly surprised.

I bought this for my son to use for basic computer tasks and gaming. It loads fast and graphics are good. The fan does run quite often and is rather loud, otherwise it is good for getting the work done.

The laptop is very good- easy to set up out of the box, comfortable ergonomics, fast startup and fast operation with basic programs. A great college-kid laptop for someone who doesn't need serious computing power. A big upgrade over the last laptop.

I absolutely love this laptop. I'm a student getting my doctorate and my real estate license so I do all my school work online and this laptop does it all!!! I love the touchscreen....gotta admit, it will spoil you lol. Go get one! Like for real ...

I am loving my new HP laptop. My previous computer was extremely slow. I had difficulty opening programs and working with multiple programs/windows open at the same time. This laptop is super fast and easy to use. Highly recommend this purchase.

This computer was great for the price unfortunately it did stop working shortly after I purchased it and then was not available to be replaced so I did have to get a different laptop.

I purchased this computer as recommended by a friend because I am a novice editor/producer. The screen is the perfect size & of course the touch screen is always a bonus. It comes equipped with Microsoft S Mode & apps that are used on a daily basis.

I bought (2) of these after buying two less expensive computers and I am SO glad I upgraded to these. The touch screen was very helpful for my 2nd grader and my 7th grader had no problem bouncing in between files and online. Would 100% recommend.

This product is amazing! Very fast and has great download speed!! Although if you use so much of the storage it still continues to perform its best at a high pace! I would 100% rate this to anyone who is looking to get a really fast computer!

Don't buy "S Mode". Only allows download of apps from Microsoft Store. It doesn't have most of my "Most Used Apps". I had to opt out, which was a BIG pain, to load the majority of my Programs. I had to call Microsoft to "Get" out of S Mode.

I've enjoyed this purchase. After using MacBook Pro's for my home laptop since 2013 it was time to make a little change. I have enjoyed the Mac's and continue to use them, but in order to learn and use Power BI, I decided it was most effective to add a Windows machine. Now I don't have to run a virtual machine on the Mac, or set up a partition to add Windows. This x64 machine includes touch support, enough processing speed for me to run a good sized Power BI file, and RAM to run 12 tabs or more on Chrome and Edge. It's not top of the line, but I don't really need the high-end capabilities for my purposes, so I consider myself satisfied with my purchase.
