I love this computer, excellent value for the price. It's got a great 15.6 in screen and is also a touch screen. The amount of memory keeps it quick even on the power up. It also has the 10 - key which is important for me while in finance.

It´s is a great laptop!No problems by now, hope to continue like this. It´s fast and really easy to use, it is true that the resolution is no that good if you compared with others but works good.

When I purchased this laptop, I had no idea that I could only download apps from the Microsoft Store. Nothing else would download. I researched it and found that I should be able to turn the "S Switch" off. There was also a warning that if I turned it off, it could not be turned back on. I was able to do that successfully. Problem solved, right? WRONG. The next morning the switch was back on and I was unable to turn it off. I called HP and after a trip to the store to purchase a flash drive, the laptop was "updated" and the switch was again turned off. This process took most of the day. I get up every morning half expecting the oroblem to be there again, but so far, so good.

I'd give it more stars if I could. This computer is really helpful especially since I use it A LOT for church and school. It is fast and I don't have to wait a few minutes to start working. Take care of this computer, it is a treasure!

I was looking for a new laptop after having my Acer for several years with no issues and I got the HP. I absolutely love everything about this computer. It’s very easy to use and light as a feather. 10/10 in my book!

I did a lot of research before settling on the HP 15.6" laptop with touch screen and getting it from Best Buy. Best Buy made it easy to compare against other options. I feel I got a fair price and the laptop is everything I hoped for.

I love this laptop, goes really fast. I’ve had this laptop for 3 months and have used it everyday to stream to twitch. Don’t get lag whatsoever. Definitely will recommend if someone is looking for a low budget laptop for streaming

This was purchased for a high school student for use with her schoolwork. It is lightweight and with a really quick and efficient speed. The price was really reasonable especially for how much memory it contained. Overall very happy.

Lightweight and runs great. Does exactly what I need it to do. I don't do a lot of gaming, but the one game I play runs perfect. The fan gets rather loud, but it doesn't overheat too much.

got it on sale. needed a pc w decent specs for remote work. this fit the bill. for the price cant complain sub 400. only draw back is hdd size but for the price not much else is an issue.

The laptop runs fast. Meets all my needs. I am a student and use it mainly for class work, video conferencing, and streaming movies. Great size strewn with plenty of storage space. Only negative is the loud fan, but that’s minor.

I purchased this laptop to work from home. I removed the "S" in the Windows 10 because it severely restricted the necessary applications/software I needed for my job requirements. Since purchasing it, the occasional shutting down of the laptop due to what I suspect is overheating is a concern. I don't do gaming, just office work. Is this a design flaw? The 12gb of ram is definitely needed as I do a lot of work using multiple spreadsheets and in preparing power point documents. CPU processor speed is good, but could be better.

Currently, there are no known issues or concerns with this particular laptop. Still learning all it's capabilities however, I'm satisfied so far with the performance of this system.

This works pretty decent, we like that it’s touchscreen. Only problem is the keyboard seems a bit fragile. One button stopped working a few months after using it. Very odd...

I bought this computer to work from home and I love it. It's performance is great, I have not had any issues with it since I bought it in May. If you need an affordable device capable of handle multitasking, this is it.

Very affordable laptop with plenty of RAM speed and storage space to edit lots of photos with photoshop, Lightroom, etc. and that’s exactly why I was looking for. Great buy!

so far so good; bought this to replace an older computer; this had the most options in my price range; the only thing I gave up was the CD/DVD drive (which I purchased an external one separately. No issues with computer so far.

I've had this laptop for about close to a month and so far i haven't had any problems. It's pretty good for everyday use, the fan is somewhat loud but i feel like that's to be expected with a thin laptop. Overall pretty good!

It’s great for the money. The only thing I would like is a little better picture quality on the screen. Definitely would recommend.

I purchased this computer to replace a Toshiba laptop. I really like how fast it starts up. The fan can be a little loud at times but nothing outrageous. I just wish the power button work illuminate when you power it up.
