This computer is fast and the quality of Hp combined with amd has not disappointed. For a kid who has online learning and wants to play minecraft or roblox this is perfect. Battery life is impressive.

Bought this as a replacement for an older laptop I'd have for some time and had outlived it's life. First time with touch screen and couldn't be happier. Also the speed with it being SSD is awesome.

I liked the touchscreen, navigating to different tabs and opening pages was faster than I expected. The s-mode made it hard to take zoom meetings.

Good laptop that works well, but the only downside is that it always says there are updates. The laptop will turn off randomly to update and this happens very often. I don't know why, but it only happens with this laptop. It does everything I need it to though and is very fast. Stable and large which are great features. I am not using it to game or watch many movies so I don't look at the quality too much, but overall I think the quality is great.

I really like it. It is super fast. The only thing that bothers me is when it gets to a certain temp it shuts off. I have only owned it a couple of months.

We were looking for a laptop that would be quality and not break the bank. This was the one! We have used it for over a month now and it is very fast and seems to be good for everything we need.

For $499 it’s a good value. I bought it for a friend who shops on the internet and checks her email. She is happy as this replaced a six year old laptop.

Lighter than I expected but my old laptop wasn't meant to travel. While I prefer a full keyboard without the number keys on the side, this layout doesn't throw me off as much as other models did. Got rid of the Microsoft-only software as I found I needed other apps. Easy to do and now everything works as it should. Would definitely recommend for traditional WFH. I'm not a gamer or heavy on watching videos. Good camera for Zoom meetings. Nice and clear.

Very good value for the price. Got this computer as a gift for my wife. Perfect for her work and social activities. The only thing is with Windows 10 there is an S mode that is on. When on it doesn't let you download and install certain software. To use for her work we had to figure out how to turn S mode off so IT could install her software in order to continue working from home.

the amd ryzen 5 processor is lightning fast for my needs. with this processor and the ssd I am booted up and online in less than 20 seconds. The first one I had did shut down a lot due to getting too hot but I returned it and got it replaced with no hassle. this one has run flawlessly. No matter how good a product you can always get one that don't work right so I cannot fault hp for that but best buy took good care of me. I also recommended this model to a friend but she had to pay about 100.00 more, then the day she got it in the mail it went on sale for a hundred dollars less and best buy refunded that money back to her. a big shout out to best buy and hp. I will recommend it again

Choosing a laptop online, going off of reviews and the product description alone, was stressful. But I’m glad I choose this laptop! It’s very easy to use, lightweight and overall, a great value.

This laptop is great for a good price. The touchscreen comes in very handy. No problems with restarting or freezing since having purchased the laptop. Would suggest it for anyone going to school!

This is a good laptop, easy to set up. Light weight and easy to type on. not a fan of how microsoft basically forces you to have a hotmail/outlook account but thats minor on the software side.

Bought this laptop for my aunt to replace her broken one. She's a novice PC user and this laptop serves her needs. The touchscreen is great for her.

Love the touch screen. The only thing I don't like is that it makes a funny noise when I'm logging or entering my password. Not sure how to mute this but I hope its an option.

Great laptop! Nice size, picture is clear and it’s easy to navigate. I never used my finger mouse it was my first time. Getting use to not using a mouse is a little tricky but I’m learning .

Decent laptop, love the touch screen. Only negative is no disk drive. Maybe I'm outdated but just something I thought all computers/laptops came with.
