I bought this HP laptop as a replacement for my old computer. It is very user friendly and has met my expectations. Touch screen works well and make me more efficient. Also was priced well.

This computer runs and operate extremely smooth, fast, and efficient. The screen resolution and quality is amazing and the touch sense feature is quick, accurate and straight to the point.

I have been using this computer to do high level analytics and it has been great. It handles 2 additional monitors and very large files.

Very good mid-range laptop. Very fast for everyday use, processor gets hot and battery doesn't last more than 4 hours, but overall good value.

Very happy with this laptop. It was easy to set up, fast, nice sized screen. I've had no issues so far. The only think I'm not crazy about, is that it does not come with Microsoft Office.

So far it’s ok I don’t like that the fan comes on frequently and it just seems that something’s wrong. Other than that it serves it’s purpose. Hey

I like it. It took a little bit to get use to the touch screen but it’s all good now. Downside, Microsoft installing that S safety stuff. Works much better after that was disconnected.

This laptop runs incredibly! The ryzen 5 is a super powerful processor, coupled with the integrated vega graphics and you have a very capable laptop that can handle quite a few games!

This computer replaced an older aging desktop. It is nice to have 12 Gb of memory especially with Windows 10. The touch screen is a nice touch, great video can't ask for anything more.

I love it works just as well as my office computer. The fan can get a little loud sometimes not the entire time. Wish it had a lighting keyboard.

This laptop is great for someone who only uses it for personal use. It is fast and programs load very quickly. Great for a senior like me!

I’m not a gamer or hardcore into computers but this is a great computer for what I need it for. The touchscreen feature is pretty cool. I have already recommended it to a few people.

Really good laptop for everything I bought just for school but I figured out that it supports game’s up to 60fps like valorant

Great computer super fast no delay when starting up. Only issue is the camera is horrible super blurry. Besides the camera issue great computer

I’m not able to install any applications due to Microsoft’s S Mode function. When I try to get out of it I receive an error message that says something went wrong on their end. I didn’t even try to install an app till after I had it for a while. When I emailed about help or exchange I was told the exchange period ended after 2 weeks. Most companies have a 30 day return policy. Which I didn’t want to return it, just exchange it. When you spend this much money on a product it should work perfectly for at least 30 days. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HP and BEST BUY. I want to be able to install apps that are not Microsoft.

I bought this computer to replace my HP desktop. I use Windows 10 for work which made it easy to transition from Windows 7. I like the speed and memory this laptop has to offer.

I purchased this laptop to use for school, I haven’t started yet but this laptop is still great. Light weight and touchscreen

bought this for my son going to college. Great laptop for school use. Only issue was I had to contact Microsoft to get it out of S-mode so we could install 3rd party apps

This is exactly what I needed, but I have noticed that it randomly overheats and will shut down. I have reached out to HP about this and have a support ticket with them. It runs everything I need it to quickly including Zoom meetings. The one thing I did not pay attention to was that it did not have a cable connection for internet, wireless only. It was in the description and I didn't pay attention, but wanted to give others a heads up.
